We loved our Spring Break at Casa de las Brisas! Ernesto was a fantastic chef and the monkeys were hilarious. We definately recommend ziplining, catamaran tours (or, "booze cruise") and moped rentals from "Fast Eddie"! Thank you for the most memorable Spring Break yet!

Casa de las Brisas was absolutely perfect for our 20+ family, plenty of room and entertainment plus great housekeeping. My husband and I got married on the top balcony overlooking the ocean; it was dreamy. Hands down the best location ever imagined. My family and I will never forget the week we spent at Casa de las Brisas in Costa Rica. Thank you!

We leave today... would love to stay. Between Stephan, the beach, the house and the maids - it was the best ever! All 24 of us loved this place and Costa Rica. We all wish we could take Stephan home with us - the food is awesome! The monkeys were great to watch; the kids really loved them. Casa de las Brisas is the best!

I loved the cook Stephan. I loved the monkeys on the deck and playing in the hammock. The beach was fun. The house was great! I loved zip lining! :)

What a magical place! We loved the villa and had an amazing time in Manuel Antonio. Thanks to Ricky for being so helpful and cheery! The cooks were incredible; we ate linke kings and queens every day! Thanks! Mmmmm..... The upper deck was perfect for our early morning cups of java and even better for our evening cocktails and beer. We enjoyed the spectacle of monkeys, sloths and birds... great to be surrounded by nature... jungle fever! We will forever remember and be grateful for our time at Las Brisas in Manuel Antonio. What a great way to celebrate our 30th birthdays! Muchas Gracias! P.S. A special thanks to our cleaning ladies! What a treat!

What a wonderful place to spend a vacation! Ricky and Val were so helpful and made our vacation even more relaxing. Thank you for letting us spend time in your beautiful home! This has been the best trip my family and i have ever experienced! This week has gone by soooo fast. It's so funny to see the adorable monkeys. During our vacation we went on a canopy tour which has to be done. Swinging from tree to tree is so exhilarating! The land here is so beautiful! We plan to come back!

What can I say? This place is amazing. We had a great time. Fishing was good, rafting was fun, and the nightlife was exciting. The house is beautiful! The view around the house is awesome and the monkeys drove us fun-crazy! One actually crawled in bed with my cousin! We enjoyed watching the frogs in the pool! Costa Rica is a beautiful country with great people and we plan on coming back.

It's hard to believe that our week went by so fast! Sailing, Damas Island, the Park and Rafting - what a wonderful trip! This villa is lovely. Even more beautiful in person than online! The monkeys entertained us every day. This was our first time to Costa Rica. It was a land of enchantment with many treasures to see. We are so sad to leave.

We absolutely loved the house. The monkeys were so much fun to watch. There was a black out one night but it didn't bother us! We cooked by candlelight and still had a wonderful time. Thank you to everyone at Escape Villas for the extra touches that made are vacation so nice.

My friends and I hadthe wonderful pleasure of staying in this BEAUTIFUL piece of paradise called Casa de la Brisas! We all came here to Costa Rica to celebrate the wedding of our good friends Ted & Abby. The rehearsal dinner at Ronnie's Place was amazing! One of the most outrageous sunsets I've ever seen! The wedding was at Tulemar Beach during yet another breathtaking sunset! Both familes threw quite an amazing party! Casa de las Brisas was more than accommodating to our party of 12 guests! Gorgeous views from every room. Amazing beaches and trails for walking. We had a blast! I look forward to returning with my entire family. The view, the monkeys, the people, the amazing flora, and fauna - what a great place to visit. We were 19 people here to celebrate a special birthday and enjoy a family reunion. There is so much to do here that we are all wishing we had another week! Zip lining, waterfall repelling, nature walks, ATV's, horseback riding on the beach, mangrove tour and surfing! Thank you!

AAHHH... Where to begin? "Paradise Lost" was "found" this week at Casa de las Brisas! Fom howler monkeys, white-faced monkeys, sloths, toucans and bats, the wildlife around the house made us all realize that we really were in the jungle canopy of a rainforest. Everyone enjoyed their excursions of sailfishing, ATV tours, waterfall repelling, white-water rafting, vanilla spice tour, catamaran sailing with snorkeling and the Manuel Antonio National Park. Local restaurants we enjoyed were The Marlin at the beach, Avion airplane restaurant, Ronny's, Gran Escape in Quepos and Bamboo Jam for dancing, When not eating out, our Chef, Stephan, took care of us with chicken, mahi-mahi and traditional Costa Rican dishes. We have to give great thanks to our maid staff - Marta and Reyna - they were so professional, courteous and sweet - the wives want to take them back to Texas! So, enjoy your stay, relax and enjoy the unbelievable sights, sounds and people of Costa Rica. Pura Vida!

We had the best time here. The space, the big dining table, the beautiful flowers, the lovely rooms - EVERYTHING! Rayna and Marta are wonderful, happy and helpful and having your clothes reappear clean and folded hours after you left them dirt is like heaven! Leo is a great chef and fun to have around. We will miss him trying to fatten us up! Costa Rica is awesome and the canyon climbing was the most amazing experience ever. The people are warm and friendly. We will definitely be back!

This experience had been amazing. At the beach, zip lining, and finding monkeys were so much fun! One day, we found a dozen monkeys on the roof top playing! The waves are perfect. Everything was the best ever! Have fun!

This house is awesome. This is the best house ever. It rained like every day but that helped the waves get big at Playa Manuel Antonio - perfect for surfing! We zip lined too and loved it. It was awesome!

This house was perfect for our large family! Lots of "together" space and lots of private spots too! Reyna and Marta were absolutely wonderful. They took such good care of us - having clean clothes and towels every day was a huge treat! We don't want to go home!

Everything was fantastic! My family of 20 people had enough room and enjoyed every aspect of the house. The pool and terrace were great places to relax after a day at the beach. Thanks SO much for an excellent time here in Costa Rica! We loved the surfing, zip lining, nature park and more. We also loved that these tours were arranged for us! We also LOVED the chef on our last night. The food was great! Another thing we loved was watching the monkeys playing on the roof of the villa! They were so cute playing on the hammock! A group of 15 of us stayed at the Casa de las Brisas in May of 2008 for my 30th birthday and I could not have asked for a better experience. The property was fantastic. It is difficult to envision from the pictures online, but it is a 5 level house with many of the rooms unattached from the main house. The property was very clean and included daily maid service, which also did our laundry. The property manager's (Escape Villas) concierge was extremely helpful and friendly both before and during our stay. The management office is located just up the hill from the house as well so was very convenient to access. The house host checked on us throughout the week and took care of our many needs. The best surprise was that monkeys actually frequent the trees near the house and we could watch them from the top level of the house, which included lounge chairs, hammocks, a covered wet bar, and an amazing view. I would recommend staying here to anyone with a large group. The 5 bedroom house can be rented separately with up to an additional 4 rooms added on, which are part of but not directly connected to the main house.

Hola from the Humphreys family! We have had an awesome week here in Manuel Antonio. Cas Las Brisas is a great house - a beautiful view from the pool in the daytime, starry skies some nights and spectacular storms others. It's best feature, however, is its own backyard jungle. Two of us were lucky to see squirrel monkeys on the first day. All enjoyed white-faced monkeys late in the day most afternoons, a sloth, slow and steady, on another. A pair of howler monkeys really caught our attention several times - those voices! Wow! Recommendations: white-water rafting - the whole family was overboard at one point but skillfully rescued, thankfully! Canapoy tour and a hike through Manuel Antonio National Park with a naturalist (Maurice was fantastic!). Breakfast at Cafe Milagro, lunch at Marlin Restaurant and dinner at Marluna and Karolas. We could stay here and become "Ticos" ourselves, but now it's your turn! Hope your experience is as wonderful as ours. Muchas gracias and Adios Costa Rica!
