Designed for family fun, Our Mulligan, is newly constructed in 2011 and offers amenities to delight the entire family! Guests will enjoy panoramic ocean to sound views on the upper level of this home. The open concept is perfect for family gatherings with a spacious living room featuring a 55’ flat screen TV, gas fireplace (seaonally available from Oct.- April only) and shuffleboard table. Chefs will delight in the upgraded gourmet kitchen which features stainless steel appliances including a gas stove, 2 dishwashers, wine cooler, icemaker and additional prep sink in the island which has seating for 3-4. Meals will be enjoyed at the large dining room table which accommodates 12 and nearby find an additional table which accommodates for 4-6. This additional table can be converted into a game table for bumper pool or poker and guests can also enjoy a 32’ flat screen TV in this area. Some of the best views of the ocean, sound and golf course will enjoyed from the office area which provides wireless internet, a printer/fax/scanner/copy machine (paper and ink not guaranteed stocked) and a book library. Evening breezes will be enjoyed on the porch just off the dining room and sunsets will astound you from the front balcony. A powder room is located on the landing as you head down to the mid level which features a common den area with a 32’ TV, Playstation II, DVD & VHS library, deck access and a sleeper sofa. On this level guest will have sweet dreams in the pyramid bunk room with trundle bed which shares a hall bath with a King bedroom or one of two Master Suites; the King Master Suite featuring a large shower, deck access and the Queen Master Suite featuring a bathtub. Every bedroom in this home will have 26 inch wall mounted flat screen TV and all levels are equally accessible with the elevator. The ground level has 2 additional bedrooms: one is a Pyramid bunk room with trundle bed and the other is a King Master Suite. Kids will enjoy the recreation room with a foosball table, 32’ flat screen TV and wet bar with a full sized fridge and microwave or challenging each other in a game of ping pong outside on the patio just outside of the game room. Outside parents will find the ideal spot to relax beside the private pool (measures 14 x 30), in the hot tub (accommodates 6) or at the outdoor bar. The fenced in yard is ideal with a horseshoe pit, bocce ball, outdoor shower and gas grill to round out this backyard and make it the perfect family fun area. *** Partial Weeks Accepted & Golf Membership

This house was well-beyond what we expected! The layout was wonderful and having the living area on the third floor ensured that we could enjoy the beautiful ocean and sound views. Also, having the trolley service that took you to and from the beach was such an unexpected yet fabulous benefit. We had a great time - the pictures don't do the house justice - just beautiful and had good views of ocean and sound. The pool and yard were an added bonus - did not need the community pool. With in walking distance to the beach if you miss the trolley. We were used to having some beach chairs already at the house (did not pay attention to the notice to bring them). But rented some and bought some and every thing was fine. Need a little more instructions on running the tv/video equipment. Irene displaced our wedding from Avon to Corolla. How fortunate we were to stumble on this exquisite home. Attention to detail in design was fabulous. Highly recommend the home to everyone. Only wish we could move this home further south to Avon ... owners did a magnificent job with their new home. We spent a great deal of time giving tours to wedding guests.
