"Donna - Just wanted to let you know how much we’ve enjoyed our time at your condo. It’s so well equipped—perfect for people who are cooking and baking. I enjoyed the southern décor—all your artwork really adds a lovely ambience. The new tiles are attractive and so much easier to clean than the carpet would have been. We appreciated the mats by the bed so we wouldn’t be putting our feet out on cold tiles in the morning! We turned out to be beach people more than pool people but, in cold January, it was nice to have the pool there. We walked every morning and, at the beginning, had a beach walk in the afternoon. Gradually, we got in the habit of just heading straight to the beach to enjoy the sun. The balcony was the perfect place to relax in the warm afternoon sun after a day of shopping or beaching and I don’t need to tell you about those sunsets…. I’m looking forward to coming back next year. Thanks for having us—it was great to stay in a nice, clean condo."

We've stayed in five other Destin condos, and this was by far the best. We were a little concerned at first because Surfside is older than nearby Majestic Sun, Maravilla, and Mainsail, but the complex and the way Donna has decorated this unit makes it the best value in the Destin area. Aside from the convenience to get to the beach (right across the street), there is a large pool area, two hot tubs, covered parking, tennis, shuffleboard, volleyball, and basketball courts. Donna also provides two chairs included in the package, and conveniently there are both poolside and beachside bars. Also, there is a restaurant inside the complex on the first floor which is very handy. Now for what sets this condo apart from others.....it is simply fantastic inside with a king bed in the master BR and two double beds in the other BR. There are granite countertops in not only the kitchen, but the bathrooms as well. The decor is outstanding and tasteful. Donna also provides many kitchen items that you don't normally find in a condo rental. We felt right at home which is rare for a condo, especially at the beach. Finally, Donna was an absolute pleasure to work with and nothing was left to chance. We have shopped for Destin condos each year, but we are done.....this will be our summer destination spot from now on, and I'd suggest you make it yours as well. You will be glad you did and have one of the best vacations you have ever had, no matter if it's just you and your sweetheart or if you bring the whole family.

We stayed in this condo the last week of June, 2010. The condo is absolutely beautiful. This was our 9th year in a row coming to Destin. The owners are AWESOME to work with. Donna was so flexible to work with us during the Gulf oil situation. I cannot say enough good about this clean, roomy condo and the owners!
