This beautiful, newly remodeled house is a must see! Truly a VIP unit, all the luxuries of home are provided including a fully stocked kitchen, pool and hot tub, bar, TVs throughout (all with either a VCR or DVD player), board games, stereo—-the list goes on!
The master bedroom has a beautiful cathedral ceiling with large windows and adjoins a screened-in patio. One bedroom has an attached den with a sleeper sofa and private bathroom. The kitchen is newly redone and boasts granite countertops and a TV. The living room has a large TV, stereo, cd player, DVD and VCR.
The house is located on the back nine of the Sea Pines Ocean Course with a breathtaking view of the 13th green. The large screened porch has a full view of the pool and the golf course. The house is just over 1/2 mile away from the Sea Pines Beach Club and the pro shop for the Ocean and Marsh courses. Once you stay here, you’ll never want to stay anywhere else!!! Fabulous location for biking to the beach.
