This beautiful, newly remodeled house is a must see! Truly a VIP unit, all the luxuries of home are provided including a fully stocked kitchen, pool and hot tub, bar, 50" Plasma in living room and TVs throughout (all with either a VCR or DVD player), board games, stereo—-the list goes on!
The master bedroom has a beautiful cathedral ceiling with large windows and adjoins a screened-in patio. One bedroom has an attached den with a sleeper sofa and private bathroom. The kitchen is newly redone and boasts granite countertops and a TV. The living room has a 50" Plasma, stereo, cd player, DVD and VCR.
The house is located on the back nine of the Sea Pines Ocean Course with a breathtaking view of the 13th green. The large screened porch has a full view of the pool and the golf course. The house is just over 1/2 mile away from the Sea Pines Beach Club and the pro shop for the Ocean and Marsh courses. Once you stay here, you’ll never want to stay anywhere else!!! Fabulous location for biking to the beach.

Excellent Sea Pines Hilton Head getaway

We rented this property recently and enjoyed ourselves immensely. The photos are representative of the property. * Secluded location but close to stuff. It's a little more than a 1/2 mile walk to the Beach Club, which has beach access, restaurant/bar, evening live music, and showers to rinse off in. * Beautiful and private backyard. The pool was a relaxing 87 during our July visit. You'll see golfers passing by but they rarely see you. * Open kitchen and dining room made cooking less lonely. * Easy check-in/check-out. Door is coded so we didn't need to try to meet up with a management company person. * Quick response by maintenance people. We ran the grill out of propane and they had a replacement within a few hours of calling them. * There are "home" touches we enjoyed like books, beach chairs, and board games. There were a few minor maintenance-type things we would've expected the management company to notice and fix before arrival like dead light bulbs, but nothing major, for sure. It's great that there's free wifi included here but we'd recommend moving the router to a more central location like the kitchen; while the signal would reach poolside (!), it was hit-or-miss in the living room. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend the property to others.
