It has all new interior walls, new heating system, wall to wall carpeting, sanded wood floors, bathrooms,and kitchen with new appliances. The layout of this classic chalet is the foyer, large den with a wide screen TV and a pullout queen, bedroom (both with new carpeting), bathroom and laundry on the first floor. The second floor has newly sanded wood floors, two bedrooms, a living room with a fireplace and 42 inch LCD HD TV and a new kitchen with maple cabinets and granite counters.
