Booked a month's stay at the last minute so not sure what to expect. VERY HAPPY! Pics don't show how nice the overall experience was. Only 500 square feet but once we got settled, plenty of room for everything. Spent very little time inside because we had a Tiki Hut directly out side of our private lanai. We sat out there and watched the boats go by on the canal, played cards, worked on our laptops, ate meals, etc. We had above average temps in upper 80's so we used the pool a lot. We had an outdoor storage unit for fishing poles, suitcases, etc. My very fav part was that there are 5 bars within walking or bike riding distance! They all have great food, entertainment and servers. We had never been to Pine Island. After spending a month here, we really believe we picked the perfect location. We've met new friends that we will stay in touch with. As you can tell, I would highly recommend this particular unit, the complex and the management.Recommended for: Age 55+, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, girls getaway, sightseeing.
