  Everything about our girl's getaway weekend was perfect thanks to Amy, her family, and their lovely home! This house was great for 5 ladies, most of us moms of young kids, looking for a relaxing retreat. We lounged in their big sparkling clean pool, grilled on the gorgeous built-in BBQ, and enjoyed the privacy that each of us had with our own room and in-suite bathroom, with closet space to spare! Amy was great to communicate with during the booking process and went out of her way to ensure a great stay. The house is HUGE and is kept IMMACULATELY CLEAN! The gated neighborhood is quiet and features beautifully landscaped homes. We loved the tanning shelf in the pool and the fabulous jacuzzi too! We're already dreaming about our next visit.   A group of guys on a bike riding/golf trip stayed at this beautiful home for four nights. It was outstanding in every respect. The homeowner was a pleasure to work with and made the trip easy. The home was, literally, spotless. A great visit. Thank you to our host for sharing her lovely home and being so accommodating. We will stay here again on our next visit!

  We rented this house for 2 weeks over Christmas and New Year's and I am happy to say that it was as terrific as advertised, if not better. It boasts 5 legitimate bedrooms, including the casita, and each one has its own full or 3/4 bath. The home is new, well-maintained, spacious and comfortably decorated and the kitchen was outfitted with (almost) everything an extended family could ask for. In addition to the fine pool and spa, there is ample grassy yard space in the back for kids to play and the home is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac ideal for bike riding. There's also a cabinet full of board games, mini basketball court and the provided ping-pong table if you move the outdoor furniture around. If your kids like to play outside, this is a great choice for them. We even took a trip to Disneyland one day, which was a drive of under 2 hours. The gated neighborhood is in close proximity to grocery/drug/other retail stores but has no traffic to speak of. We were not familiar with the Bermuda Dunes area much before, but it abuts Palm Desert and is nearby to La Quinta, which offers a very nice playground for kids, among other attractions. Keep in mind that this is on the Eastern edge of the Desert cities, so the action of Palm Springs proper, casinos and the outlet mall, etc, are all a drive on the 10 freeway of 20-30+ minutes. Not a lengthy or taxing drive but not a quick trip. Palm Desert has a children's museum which is a nice choice for pre-school-aged kids on a rainy day. There are also some very nice kid-friendly hikes in that city's parks and a better-than-you'd expect zoo. This home is for relaxing -- there are even established quiet hours in the community. But there are plenty of restaurants of all types nearby and the home is perfect for enjoying with a large group of people, with places to gather together and even bbq outdoors but also ample space so that you don't have to be on top of each other all the time And no waiting for grandpa to finish showering! The owners are very considerate and attentive people, very responsive to questions and cooperative. Highly recommended house -- and we hope to return.
