Come stay in our luxurious Alabama beachfront and ocean front condominium and enjoy the serenity of panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. Our Romar Place retreat is a luxuriously appointed, non-smoking, three-bedroom, two-bath condominium with indoor and outdoor pools. I especially enjoy relaxing on the sparsely populated beaches, while my husband is fishing on a chartered boat, and my children are out enjoying all of the water activities available in the area. When we are not enjoying the view from the balcony, or relaxing on the white sandy beach below, we are out enjoying the excellent dining and shopping that are within miles of the condominium.
I am sure that you will enjoy the décor throughout the unit as much as we enjoyed decorating it. The master bedroom suite offers luxurious, custom bedding on a plush king-size bed. The second bedroom offers a comfortable, queen-size bed decorated in a soft orange color with a tropical floral theme. The third bedroom suite offers two twin-size beds with fun jungle-themed bedding. Additional sleep space is available in the family room on the queen-size, sleeper sofa.
On those mornings when we like to take our time leaving the room, my husband and I like to enjoy our morning coffee and paper on the balcony, which opens from the master bedroom and living room, where we can enjoy soothing sounds of the ocean. Our children, on the other hand, prefer to utilize the full entertainment center in the living room or watch cable television from any of the rooms.

My wife and I have owned our condominium at the Romar Place since 2004. The unit was not affected by hurricane Ivan. We enjoy staying in the unit but unfortunately, our busy schedules do not allow us to spend as much time at the beach as we would like. Being a vacation rental owner has become a hobby that has allowed me to communicate with people throughout the United States. It is a pleasure to serve our customers and it is a pleasure to introduce people from other states to our beautiful Alabama Gulf Coast.

We found this condo to have everything that we needed and it was very comfortable for our family. The 9th floor oceanfront location is perfect and the rental price for the 3 BR unit was also a great deal when compared with other properties with 3 BRs. The condo is located on the west end of Orange Beach, so you are also close to Gulf Shores. We love this area on the AL coast because it is quite and not over developed like some of the FL gulf beaches.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Orange Beach. The recently updated condo comfortably housed all 8 of us. The master bedroom and bath is a really nice size - much bigger than other condos we've stayed in before. The kitchen had everything one needed on vacation! The washer and dryer in the condo was a plus. The view is amazing. We spent every day (when we were in the condo) on the balcony enjoying the view - one can even see dolphins at sunrise. The swimming areas at Romar Place is really great - indoor pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and a large outdoor pool. BBQ facilities were great. Romar Place is well maintained. We liked the garbage shoot on each floor! 24 hour security was nice to see. This condo is perfectly situated - right on the beach, near stores like Walmart (good for groceries), near really great restaurants and even 15 minutes away from the Tanger outlet mall. The owner was really attentive to our needs and returned any calls in a timely manner - and was always a pleasure to deal with (right from the beginning when we 1st inquired and even while we were in Orange Beach). I also want to mention that Orange Beach is one of the best kept beaches I've been too. I highly recommend this condo and Orange Beach! Thanks again!

We loved staying at this beautiful condo. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. I could have lived on the balcony. We saw dolphins playing just off shore, twice! We would highly recommend this condo to anyone staying in Gulf Shores/Orange Beach. The owner was very easy to communicate with and quickly answered any questions or concerns. We feel very lucky that they are sharing their lovely beach home.

The condo is in a great location. Great View from the balcony. Short walk to the beautiful beach. Condo has been recently updated and is very comfortable. We loved the indoor pool on the chilly days. We would defintely return. The owners were very accommodating.

We loved our stay in your condo last week! The view was exactly what we hoped it would be! A wonderful wrap-around balcony, lots of space inside to relax, and a quick walk right down to the beach made it the perfect place for our family gathering. The owner was extremely attentive to any problems (only one - the dishwasher was broken and a new one was delivered and installed the very next day) and always responded quickly to our pre-vacation inquiries, as well. We highly recommend this condo as a place to relax, kick back, and enjoy!

This was the best spring break my family and I have taken yet in Alabama. The listing description was accurate, the photos don't do it justice!! This condo is gorgeous!! very well taken care of, very clean and well maintained. Anytime I had questions or concerns with our trip, the owner was very attentive to my emails. I would recommend this condo to anyone I know, except for when I want it again!! Thank You for allowing us to use your property! We appreciate it more than words can say.

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo. The setup and decor was amazing and perfect for the five of us. We had a wonderful week of relaxation and fun. Orange Beach is great for rest on the beach during the day, and good food at night. We will definitely visit Orange Beach again.

Stacy and I stayed the week of 3/15/09. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The condo was roomy and comfortable, and the sunrises were spectacular. We watched the dolphins frolicking in the surf almost every day. This was our 1st condo experience and we found it to be a great value. We will probably do it again, in the future. Thanks for sharing your condo... The Gulf view and sounds of the waves were romantic. The Bed was comfortable and the furnishings were complete. I would recommend this condo to others and would like to plan a vacation there in the future.

We had a wonderful visit at your condo. The decor was very nice and we had plenty of room for all 6 of us. The view was simply fantastic! I loved leaving the door open at night and listening to the waves. Even though it was winter the weather was still very nice.
