Great location / spectacular views! After staying at our wonderful mountain house, you'll realize why John Denver wrote so many songs about the Rocky Mountains. Enjoy views of the Ten Mile range from the living room and master bedroom. Surrounded by beautiful trees, the house faces Breckenridge open space (which includes a completely gnarly bike park in the summer). Access to downtown Breckenridge is a breeze. A short drive (1.5 miles) gets you to main street or walk / hike a mile into Carter Park (the town's sledding hill). You can also walk to the free shuttle (which drops you off at the Gondola lot so you don't have to worry about picking up the kids at the slopes). Feel like you are 'in the mountains' with the convenience of being close to town.
If you are here to ski, the 2-car garage means no scraping on powder days and the boot drying system will get you ready for your next day of skiing. Hike, bike, or snowshoe right from the front door; the outdoor activities are almost limitless. When you're done with all your outdoor fun you can snuggle up to the gas fireplace and read a book. Our house is ideal for one or two families and sleeps eight comfortably. The home is newly furnished and professionally cleaned. Recent landscaping will add to your privacy. We have a caretaker nearby if needed and a concierge service for groceries is available with advanced notice. Come play and enjoy beautiful Breckenridge!

This home is beautifully maintained, comfortable and inviting. It was easy to get to from town, either a quick free shuttle to or from Breckenridge, or a quick 3 minute drive in the car. The upstairs had 4 spacious bedrooms (2 Queens, 1 Full, 1 bunk - with a single on top and a full on the bottom = sleeping for up to 9), one community bathroom and a bathroom attached to the master. The main floor had two separate living rooms, a gas fireplace, an open kitchen/dining area, bathroom, laundry, heated garage for 2 cars, and deck. In addition, the owners, were prompt with responses and emails, making the stay even more enjoyable. The home was fully supplied with kitchenware and other comforts of home. (The girls were even excited to see hair dryers in every bathroom!) If we make it back to Breck anytime soon, we definitely plan to book this unit again. One last note - the photo makes it look like a condo, but it is actually a private home. (We had 7 adults stay and we had more than enough room!)Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.

Thank you for sharing your wonderful house with us. Unfortunately, everyone got a cold!! We managed, however, to enjoy snowboarding, gondola riding, ice skating, sleigh riding and, most importantly, enjoying our family. The two living spaces were an asset; enough room for several activities at once. In addition, the kitchen was well-supplied with dishes, utinsels, and cleaning supplies. We would certainly recommend your house to anyone who would like to spend quality family time together.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, families with young children, age 55+.

This house has everything you could ever want In a mountain get away. It can accomdate large groups, has comfortable and updated furnishings, including awesome beds and bedding, a fully equipped beautiful kitchen, full size new washing machine and dryer, plus a boot warmer! As a bonus the free in town and ski shuttle bus stops close to the house for easy access to all the amenities Breckenridge has to offer. There are several hiking and bike trails are right outside the door, too. We even hiked a trail that took us right into the town where we strolled and visited all the shops and restaurants. The well stocked grocery store is right in town, too. Down the road from the house is the Breckenridge Ice Rink and further in town is the recreation center. The house is very clean, well maintained and updated. There is plenty of room in the garage for two cars and to leave your bikes, skis and other toys. Also, there is a second refrigerator in the garage for extra beverages. The outside deck is perfect for morning coffee and just relaxing from a day of bike riding, hiking or skiing. The owners are very friendly and professional. They even put together a book displaying all their favorite places of businesses and activities that abound in the area. We will definitely return to this beautiful home for another stay in Breckenridge - hopefully soon!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway, pet owners, age 55+.

This spacious home is fabulous. Surrounded by nature - this home boasts tall trees, mountain trails, and amazing views. The house is clean, well-stocked with the necessities, and the two separate "living areas" offer plenty of separate space to accommodate a group of friends or extended family. The location, while secluded, couldn't be more convenient without being in the middle of downtown Breckenridge. The quick drive or free bus ride drive to downtown provide good options for a group with variable agendas. We absolutely love it, and have already booked our next visit. This home is truly AWESOME!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

We stayed there 3 nites middle of January. It was a short 3 minute drive up Boreas Pass Road, easy to find right on this road. There is a good size driveway where you can turn aroound in to exit back onto the road. Pull in garage. Very nicely laid out floor plan with 2 living areas, so the kids can watch TV in one area while the adults can rest in the other. Very nice gas fireplace with enough room aopund it to dry out all your wet ski gear. The fireplace warms up the entire house, so you don't need to crank up the heat in the upstairs bedrooms till bedtime. Nicely appointed kitchen has everything you will need. Downstairs bath has a shower as well, also a washer/dyer combo. Upstairs 3 secondary bedrooms nicely decorated with bath in hallway-and the master with its own bath. It was snowy so we did not go out on the deck, but there is veiws of trees and some mtns thru the trees. All in all, very nice place that we would definitely use again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, age 55+.
