This very private second floor end unit condo is part of the Crow's Nest, a small sixteen unit waterfront complex located on the most desired South end of beautiful Marco Island. The complex features gorgeous landscaping with lots of palm trees, flowers, and plants covering a very large open waterfront lot.

We have three grown children, named Ryan, Stephanie, and Danielle in their 20's. We have a four year old female golden retriever named Matty.

We started going to Marco Island about twelve years ago on visits to Mom & Dads place on Marco. About the third time around we decided to buy. We love it there, and hope to spend a lot more time there some day when we retire.

We find the people there are so friendly. Of course we have family there in the winter, but it is not uncommon for (rental) people to get invited for boat rides, fishing trips or evening gatherings. Also, you won't find a quieter, more safe place on the planet!
