This lovely studio condo sleeps 1-4 people very comfortable. There are three sleeping options: there is a queen bed, queen murphy bed and a queen sleeper sofa.
The new kitchenette has a sink, stove, fridge ,microwave and a dishwasher. Located in the living area there is a table with four chairs . The view from the outside deck is stuning as you can see the golf course as well as the mountains. There is a tv with dvd for your use.
Skiing is located about 12 miles north at the Durango Mountain Resort.
Golf is available on the premise at the Private country club, The Glacier Club, which features 27 beautiful holes of golf, tennis, swimming, work out area, and dinning.
The Resort at Tamarron has a pool, hot tub, sauna and work out areas well.

I loved the deck where you can gaze at the deer, hummingbirds and beautiful mountains. Condo immaculate with a very comfortable bed. Loved the work out facility and Cuckoos restaurant for breakfast. Laundry a short walk. Don't miss Honeyville store for the best jam and James Farm for organic fresh food that is down the road toward Durango. After all my trips to Durango, this has been my favorite location. A real get away in the mountains.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, adventure seekers.

The condo was fantastic, and the air conditioner does work! The views are great, as well as the Glacier Club. We golfed , swam and had dinner there while we were there. Rich , the manager was a pleaseure to work with! Can't wait to come back!Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

Upon my arrival the air conditionar was not working. The daytime heat climbed into the upper 90's. We went 41/2 days (of my 5 day stay) without the a/c. I asked for a partial refund and was told no because they did not mention that the condo had an a/c on their website. I was offered 10% discount on a future stay stay which I declined. Their justification was that no a/c/ was mentioned on the website. I then wrote them and asked if electricity or indoor plumbing is mentioned. Just never seem to get what you pay for. What a waste.Owner response: The air conditioner has been fixed and works great!
