This newly constructed, beach house offers fantastic PANORAMIC VIEWS of the ocean, the marsh, tidal creek, and even a view of #10 of the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course, and is professionally decorated and landscaped. This home is ideally laid out to meet the needs for family reunions or a gathering of friends while providing a warm and relaxed environment to enjoy your vacation through a variety of areas for the whole family to enjoy combined with many personal spaces for you to relax in private.
As you enter the house through the front door you will find an open first floor plan with ten foot ceilings, Saturnia marble floors, and granite countertops throughout. This floor includes a GOURMET KITCHEN, a BREAKFAST BAR, a DINING AREA, and a GREAT ROOM with PANORAMIC VIEWS OF THE OCEAN, a half bath, and a LAUNDRY ROOM.
