The three bedrooms, two full baths, lower deck, and private seven person hot tub are downstairs, ensuring that others will not disturb your sleep. The foyer and a powder room comprise the entrance level. The main floor includes the living room, dining room, a small nook for reading, the kitchen, breakfast bar, and the upper deck. The home office, a trundle bed, and a game table are located in the loft. Finally, there are two parking spaces (and a USA Today machine) in the indoor garage.

If you like to cook, you can treat yourself to a completely equipped gourmet kitchen. Granite countertops, Calphalon stainless steel cookware, Henckels knives and cutlery, every imaginable tool and small appliance, and a wonderful collection of local cookbooks allows you to create the perfect meal. Languish while savoring it at the large dining table overlooking the ski trail.

Additionally, this is the perfect retreat for the busy executive who wants to go on vacation, but not loose touch with the office. In the summer, bike or hike out the door, walk to Silver Lake Lodge, or enjoy the onsite heated pool, tennis court, and basketball hoop. Golf, fishing, horseback riding and rafting are nearby.
Deer Valley, a venue for the 2002 Winter Olympics, is world famous for its exemplary service. And upper Deer Valley overlooks it all.
