There are so many things to do, as well as places to go, and sights to see in this area that you won’t have any difficulty planning your adventures. The beach is only a few blocks away for fun in the sun and surf. Cambria is about 20 minutes, with art galleries and fine restaurants galore. San Luis Obispo, with the world famous Mission de Tolosa and The Performing Arts Center, is 20 minutes from Morro Bay. San Simeon, gateway to Hearst Castle, just 40 minutes. You will find over 70 fine wineries in the area, many of these 'award winning'. Paso Robles offers it’s 'Harvest Wine Tour' in October, and one of the best State Fair’s in California.

We spent the month of December 2012 in the condo. It was nice to check out the ocean and Morro Rock view while sipping our coffee each morning. Check in/check out was a breeze - Milton was a great communicator and answered our questions about the unit as we decided where to stay. The condo is perfectly located for walking to all the sites - we had very little use for our car so it stayed parked in the provided parking space most of the time. We would stay there again.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing.
