Summer: This complex is right on the beach! This unit is a short walk to the private beach. Pictures are from the beach in the complex. Lakefront gated condo complex with private sandy beach. Directly next door to the Hyatt Resort & Spa. The Hyatt has a full service spa to take advantage of right across the street!
The beach is a private beach with only a few people to share it with. Come for the awesome sunsets, walk to the Hyatt pier, Lone Eagle Grill, & gambling.
The Hyatt right next door has rentals for mountain bikes, boats, water toys, and more are available nearby. Lots of variety in restaurants within walking distance.
Winter: WALK ACROSS THE STREET TO THE HYATT AND TAKE THE FREE SHUTTLE TO DIAMOND PEAK (Ski, snowboard or just enjoy the beautiful lodge) less than 5 minutes away!
Bedroom upstairs has a bunk room with full bath that is shared upstairs living area. Master bedroom has king bed and private bath, 2nd bedroom has queen bed with private bath.

I have been renting Lake Tahoe properties for over 17 years. This property is close to the water and in a beautiful setting. Inside the kitchen and living area are open so that our big family group could be on the deck, in the kitchen and playing games. The beach is clean and private. The condo is steps away from the beach so we can run up, make lunch and bring it down and basically be on the beach all day if we want too. The Hyatt is just over the fence and the bar on the dock is very convenient!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

Linda was amazing! I asked her a million questions and she was kind and patient and always responded to me within minutes! It was a very personal and rewarding experience. The description she gave me about the condo was completely accurate (so close to the beach) and well kept! EVERYTHING is within walking distance! We had such a wonderful time and didn't want to leave! We are already in discussion with Linda about planning our vacation next year in Unit #35 and will be staying longer next time!!!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children, people with disabilities.

This is the second year we have stayed here. The home is well appointed and comfortable.It is close to the beach, clean and well maintained.I would recommend this property to every family member and friend!!! Linda Adkins has been amazing- She is there to greet us when we arrive and answer questions as needed. We could not be happier with our experience and hope to return next year if it is available.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children.

Great location in a gated community with its own private beach that is only steps from the lake, the Hyatt and several restaurants across the street. Overall a great family rental that we have enjoyed for several summers. Although, I have never stayed there in the winter it has cozy comforters and a fireplace so it would probably be great any time of year. We had a few great meals we made at the condo as well as several out. Le Bistro restaurant across the street was the highlight!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, families with young children.
