Awesome gulf views, cool sea breezes and tranquil surroundings await you at 205 Emerald Dunes, a gulf front condominium in the heart of Crystal Beach which is well known for beautiful, wide beaches and no high rise condominiums. Not only does this mean less people on the beach but also adds to the relaxing atmosphere of the Crystal Beach community. Simply lounge on your gulf front balcony with a good book, relax on the beach, or rent a bike just across the street and tour the quaint, cottage style community. A bike path is also just across the street which goes the entire length of Scenic Hwy 98. Additionally several restaurants are within walking distance and just two blocks away are four major shopping areas complete with Publix Grocery, various shops and restaurants as well as a large movie theatre.
This second floor end unit condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, hallway bunk area and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Incredible gulf views can be enjoyed by all from the living area featuring a full kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area. The covered gulf front balcony is a great place to start the day relishing your morning coffee and end the day enjoying the evening sunsets. Evening meals can be poolside with two stainless steel gas grills adjacent to the pool and are maintained by the Association staff.

The Unique Benefits of this Condo
This unit is close to Henderson Beach State Park which is just a 5 minute walk. This area of beach is very quiet and peaceful and very much like Destin was when we were just kids.

This was our first time to stay at Emerald Dunes and I must say it was very nice. The location is great and the beach service that came with the room was a nice touch. Our family had a wonderful stay. The only minor complaint we had was there was no hand soap (we bought some and left it for the next group) or dishwasher detergent. This might be the norm for most places I suppose, the last place we stayed in PCB had all of that. There were also only 2 garbage bags, so we had to go buy those as well. Not a big deal at all though, if we had known we would have brought it. We would def stay here again.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

The property is exactly how it is described and the pictures are accurate. The condo is well kept and clean. It is well stocked with towels, linens, plates, cookware, etc... The kitchen is large. We had 4 children and 2 adults in this condo and we never came close to feeling cramped. The entire Emerald Dunes property is well kept and very clean. The pool area, outdoor bathrooms, grill area, parking lot, and beach were all very nice. I would definitely recommend this property to others. If you have children, there is not a lot stores or activities with walking distance. There is a lot that is 2 blocks inland, but each block is pretty big.
Owner response:We try out best to keep our condo clean and well stocked. Not everyone wants to go out for dinner every night so we feel that a well stocked kitchen is a must! Plus there are several great restaurants within walking distance of the condo. Bike rentals are right across the street and you can take the bike path the entire length of scenic 98...a great ride along the beach!
