Absolutely beautiful luxury 4 bedroom/4 bathroom executive home. This home is set in the exclusive enclave 'The Reserve' area of Windsor Hills. The upgraded kitchen boasts of granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and cherry cabinetry. Master suite #1 has a king size bed. Master suite #2 has a queen. Every bedroom consists of its own en-suite private bathroom. Beautiful tiled entry and family area. A full washer and dryer is at the house so you never have to bring loads of dirty laundry home. A fun game room for, playing the PS2, shooting pool, air hockey, or playing the free full size arcade game. Our private pool is ideal, especially when you have no neighbor directly behind you! The back sliding door opens into a lanai for enjoying those breezy evenings by the pool and spa. With no neighbors across the street you have a fantastic view of Florida's spectacular sunsets.

We came for a 2-week stay and family came from around the world (as far as Japan). The house was amazing, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The kids loved the pool, and the adults loved the hot tub. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals while in the house. The game room was exactly as described and provided hours of enjoyment. The owners were very helpful in answering all our questions before and during our stay - we never had an issue. I would definitely stay here again and I'm recommending this house to anyone I know who's going to Disney!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Our family enjoyed a week long stay at the house which is very conveniently located to the parks and other attractions. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and the spacious living quarters. We loved your recommendations for local restaurants and the sweet notes from your kids asking visitors to respect "their rooms". We have shared information on the property with friends and family and encouraged them to rent the house as well. We will definitely visit again!!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Please forgive my lateness in sending this review. I writing to say that our stay in your home in March was absolutely wonderful. The home was just as you described and was depicted in your photos. Sometimes you don't always get what was described, but not here. The cleanliness, decor, and furnishings made us feel very welcome in your home. The pool/spa was clean and the water was a very nice temperature for that time of year. (We had pool heat.) The kitchen was well equipped to fix all meals and snacks and dinner ware provided. The washer and dryer allowed us to pack lightly and still have clean clothes throughout our stay. In all we had an absolutely wonderful stay in your home and on the Windsor Hills grounds. As I am preparing for next Spring Break vacation, I am reminded of how good we had it last year. Unfortunately there will be fewer of us so we wont need as much space, but I would definitely come back and stay at your property. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your property, and I'm sorry I am just getting to write this review.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Thank you for the opportunity to stay at your home away from home. There were 4 different immediate families that stayed with us during our stay. We each had our own room and bathroom, which was amazing! We all loved the Disney decorations and helped make us feel if we were on Disney property. The short drive to Disney was great and gave the kids time to fall asleep on the ride home. The pool was AWESOME!!! We loved being able to come home and cool off or just relax. My kids still talk about our "Florida House" and are ready to go back!! We require a $250.00 non-refundable deposit to book the reservation. We then bill you for 1/2 the remaining amount 60 days before your arrival. The balance is then due 30 days before you arrive.

About the owner: Hi there! We are Graigg and Heather Condiff! We have 4 children and we LOVE coming to Windsor Hills and to Walt Disney World! Two of our kids are autistic and this is the one vacation that we are able to take with them. We currently live in the mid-west but hope to be able to relocate to Kissimmee one day! We are excited to be able to share our favorite place with all of you!
Why the Owner Chose Windsor Hills:
We chose to buy a home in Windsor Hills because it is the best place to stay when you vacation in the Kissimmee area! Two of our children are autistic. One has Asperger's and it is her dream to work at Disney World. Our other child with autism is severely effected and the only vacation we are able to take with him is to Disney World. We LOVE bringing him down here and seeing his face light up participating in activities with us and his siblings. The community of Windsor Hills is supreme and second to none! The grounds are well-kept and the 24-hour manned gate gives you a secure feeling when you are away from home. We wouldn't bring our children or stay ourselves anywhere other than Windsor Hills!
The Unique Benefits at this House:
We love being able to go out to the pool in the back yard and not have someone watching us directly behind us. Being up on the hill and having a gorgeous view from our front door gives us a sense of peaceful calm and we thoroughly enjoy taking short walks along our street and watching the sun set! Everything is on one floor which is perfect if climbing stairs is difficult. Having two master suites is so nice when we invite another family to come vacation with us! The kitchen is just beautiful and I actually love cooking or preparing small meals while I am still involved in conversations going on in the living room. This home is gorgeous and beautiful and a perfect get away!
