Two (2) bedroom two bath condo has a king size bed in both of the bedrooms. As well as a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Unit has been completely renovated with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, as well as all counter appliances needed such as coffee maker, toaster and blender for those yummy pina coladas and BBC's.
The resort sits right on the ocean with a gorgeous pool with a swim up bar right in the center. It is in one of the most desirable spots on St Maarten. Right on the Dutch side draw bridge, you can watch all the mega yachts come in and out.

I bought my condo at the Royal Palm almost 10 years ago. I also own Diamond Points as well as know numerous owners with other fixed weeks who also rent out their units.
Why the Owner Chose Simpson Bay
Best Location! I love this resort because of the fantastic location. I find that a car rental for a day or 2 to venture over to the French side is sufficient. Otherwise, everyone from the rest of the island find a car rental is needed to come to the Royal Palm area.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
No car needed. At least 10 bars, restaurants, and casinos within walking distance.

Fantastic and Relaxing Vacation

My family and I just returned from a week at the Royal Palm Beach Resort. Our unit was located on the third floor of the resort and the view was amazing to say the least. The unit itself was very nicely updated with new kitchen appliances and bathrooms were beautifully tiled. The mid week cleaning was very thorough. The pool bar was a lot of fun we played bingo and their daily happy hour 4-6 was a good time to relax and chat with other guest and hear about different tours and places they had gone and seen. The restaurant next to the pool was excellent and reasonably priced. Would recommend the sunset cruise ($15) on Sunday night from the Pelican Marina there was no shortage of rum punch or any other drinks. We found the entire staff at the resort very accommodating and pleasant. Wireless was available at no extra cost in the lobby and by the pool. Bring your bug spray as mosquitoes were abundant by the open lobby and on first floor balconies. This resort is in a perfect location only about a 10 minute drive from airport and within walking distance of a few restaurants (Tutta Pasta located in Marina was a favorite) and a large supermarket. We would definitely recommend and return to the Royal Palm Resort on our next trip to St Martin.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
