  This home is spacious and well appointed. It is ideally located: right near the base of Little Cottonwood Canyon. The owners are super attentive and helpful. I will definitely rent this home again.

  The home we stayed was great! The house is spacious and comfortable, we loved the big screen tv and access to Netflix, Hulu Plus, etc! The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and having 3 bathrooms was a plus for 8 people. Two of the guys slept on the sofa bed and they were pleasantly surprised to say the sofa beds were very comfortable! The kitchen was well equiped with everything we needed to cook each night. We also found they had lots of spices, probably left over from previous renters ;). Every night we came home from a full day of awesome skiing, Kris (the caretaker) would have the hot tub ready for us to use so there was no need to wait until it was hot enough for us to get in. If we had any questions or concerns he was always very helpful and cheerful, great guy! I definitely would love to return to this house for our next visit to Utah!

  This place is nice and has a great location. However, there is a 5BR unit above and we discovered that two of the bedrooms are directly below the kitchen/family room of the place above. If the upstairs neighbors are up before you ... you will know it and be awakened as the noise is VERY loud just with them walking around. In the third BR it sounds like a tidal wave is coming through your room from the upstairs bathroom. We found the beds to be hard and not very comfortable. Also, the hot tub and game room are shared with the above unit.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers.

  Owner response: I am very sorry to hear that you were not fully satisfied - we do try extremely hard to ensure our guests have a comfortable stay. We do provide a full description of the layout of the units, the hot tub and game room on this very listing. We had not previously received any complaints to this effect, but one of the reasons we do provide a caretaker on-site is to personally resolve any such problems or difficulties which our guests might experience. We do wish you had taken advantage of this service to inform us earlier, so that we could have improved your time with us. As it stands, we hope that you took advantage of the house and its beautiful location and enjoyed your holiday in Utah.

  We rented the bottom floor of this unit and thought it was perfect. I went with my wife and 3 kids. It was convenient from the airport, to the slopes, and around town if you decide to go out. Since it is located in Sandy, you avoid the high commercial and traffic areas that Deer Valley and Park City bring. The house is big, warm, and a lot of fun due to the big pool table (although that room was a little cold). We for sure will be heading back especially next year when the hot tub is up and running!

  We rented the first floor of this house for our New Year ski trip. It was nice, clean and spacious. It comfortably accommodated 7 people in our group. The location was wonderful in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with a beautiful view from the front of the house. It was conveniently located to access Alta and Snowbird as well as the town for any shopping needs. The kitchen was well equipped although never big enough for the 4 aspiring chefs in our group. A hot tub would have been a great addition to the house. We enjoyed stay at this house and hopefully will be back in the summer for some hiking.
