- Recently refurbished in January 2009 with new furnishings and updated beds. A Seabrook Country Club amenity card is included with the rental. This will give you access to all facilities of Seabrook including golf, tennis, pools, restaurants and the equestrian center. Seabrook now requires to have an amenity card to be able to enjoy the Club facilities. Many of the Seabrook facilities have been recently upgraded and are beautiful.

We particular loved the extra closet in the living area. We have never seen a Pelican with this and put it to great use. We have rented many Pelicans and this is our favorite so thank you again.
