This was our fourth trip to Pelican Watch this year and your villa was by far the best! Clean, fresh, newly renovated with all one needs for a trip to the beach at any time of year. No matter what the rest of the unit looks like, you simply cannot beat a comfortable bed which was much appreciated. The first floor view is spectacular and so much easier for carrying bags. ONE COMPLAINT: We didn't get to stay longer.

Recommended for:Age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Property was clean and well appointed. Location on first level was very convenient. Easy to unload/load groceries and luggage. Property was exactly as described. Owner was extremely kind and helpful. Will definitely try to stay at this one again and recommend to others.

Perfect! Best place we have stayed at Pelican Watch (this is our 5th time). Wonderfully decorated, very inviting--not the run down feeling of the last villa we stayed. The beach is right down the boardwalk, on the calm side of the island. Wildlife aplenty, including baby sea turtles. Definitely will be looking to stay here again, next year!

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My husband and I LOVED this villa! It is newly remodeled and beautifully decorated with soft colors and quality furniture. It was very spacious for 2 (the extra full bathroom is a plus!) and extremely clean. The large bedroom has a comfy king-size bed, plenty of closet space, and great master bath. The well-appointed kitchen has everything you need. The location is fabulous...the beach is just steps away from the back porch where we watched gorgeous sunsets, and the beach club is just a short bike ride away. We LOVE Pelican Watch and have already booked a trip back! The beach is beautiful, serene, and private...a very peaceful and relaxing retreat. We also enjoyed Bohicket Marina which is just outside the gate and has great low country food and nightlife. We can't wait to return!

Pefrect Getaway

This condo was not only very beautiful and spacious but the location was perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked for all your kitchen needs. Having two bathrooms was great with all of us coming in from the beach at the same time. The back door leads you steps away from a georgous beach. The perfect sunsets can be viewed from the deck. It was beautiful. The dolphins would swim five feet from you on some days. Whatever type of getaway your looking for this is a great spot to do it. My family and I cannot wait until next year.

Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed your unit at Pelican Watch!! It's absolutely beautiful and soooooo relaxing. We particular loved the extra closet in the living area. We have never seen a Pelican with this and put it to great use. We have rented many Pelicans and this is our favorite so thank you again.
