Gulf Highlands Beach Resort offers you a clubhouse and a pool directly on the white, sandy beach with beautiful, emerald-green water. The resort is located across the street from the beach. Our townhouse is nestled in a large, gated community while you enjoy the calm and peacefulness of the canal from your back porch or walk across the front door walk way to your pool (heated in winter). There are ten more pools, four tennis courts (two are lighted), shuffleboard, and 18-hole, putt-putt course, and 24-hour security... these amenities are all FREE!
You will absolutely enjoy our newly decorated home-away-from-home with beautiful palm trees. Both bedrooms have their own full bath. The master bedroom has a incredible view of the canal with a TV and phone (sleeps two). The guest bedroom is decorated with a ocean-view concept (hand-carved fish, net, and shells), stereo/CD player, and Walt Disney edition reading books which has two twin beds and a sofa chair bed (sleeps three)!
Downstairs the living room has a queen-size sofa sleeper (sleeps two) along with a half bath, dining area (seats eight), and a fully-furnished kitchen. Walk out the sliding glass doors onto the back patio to enjoy the calm and peacefulness of the canal while grilling fresh seafood on the gas grill.
Gulf Highlands is located in the heart of Pier Park that has a trolley that transports you back and forth, Restaurants, entertainment, theatre, bowling alley, arcade, post office, retail and grocery shopping are within walking distance. We are in close proximity to Spinnakers, Club LaVela, Pineapple Willies, Shipwreck Water Park, Gulf World, Zoo World, Publix Supermarket, Super Wal-Mart, Thunder Beach Bike Week Ralley

First of all: Thank you for taking the time to inquire about our family vacation home in Panama City Beach, Florida. My family and I together created a vacation getaway that everyone will enjoy tremendously. We provide a clean townhome that is decorated graciously and awesome amenities for everyone to enjoy! The families that stay within our properties are extremely important to me.
