This beautifully remodeled Lakeside townhome is a spacious & well-appointed condominium completely redone in the summer of 2008, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and hardwood floors.
On the main level, there is a spacious living room with a fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, and separate dining area. The master bedroom with a King sized bed is on the top level which offers some additional privacy. The lower level has 2 bedrooms, one with two Twin beds and the other with a Captain’s bunk bed which offers a full size bed on bottom and a twin size bed on top.
The Lakeside condos also have wonderful shared amenities including a year round heated outdoor pool, 2 hot tubs and a dry sauna.
This condo offers a two car garage as well as being only seconds from the town's free city-wide shuttle.
The Lakeside condo association provides an on-call shuttle to the lifts at Deer Valley's Snow Park Lodge. Also, a 60 yard walk to the Snow Park parking lot provides access to Deer Valley's free parking lot shuttle which runs every 5 minutes to the Snow Park Lodge where the ski school and lifts pick up. The condo is also on Park City's free city-wide shuttle route.
