  This is an outstanding Lae Nani unit, in building 5 (the best building due to its ocean-front location) on the second floor (so the breeze is good, important since there is no air conditioning in any Lae Nani unit, just fans). The kitchen has relatively new, up-graded appliances and is well equipped. The front bedroom with the full bath has a queen bed; the back bedroom with the 3/4 bath has a king bed. Both beds are excellent. There is a cot and the living room sofa for additional sleeping. The unit is very nicely decorated with local art. One thing that makes this unit outstanding is the washer and dryer--what a gift! The owner was helpful in answering questions and accommodated our requests. This is the third time I've stayed at Lae Nani, and it's an outstanding property--lovely, well maintained, and conveniently located. I highly recommend the property and this unit.

  From the moment we arrived until the moment we left everything about our stay was fantastic. It's been 20 years since I've been back to the islands and their beauty didn't disappoint. The location of this condo makes the trip to and from the airport a 10 minute hop. Shopping, dining and entertainment are a short drive or a 5 to 15 minute walk away. The unit was sparkling clean and had a fantastic view of the ocean. The beach (100 feet from our door) is small but intimate with a small man made lagoon for youngsters and plenty of beach left over for the rest of the guests. I asked another owner about the age of the complex and was suprised to find out that it's almost 30 years old. I thought maybe 10. The grounds are imaculate and all the buildings show no visible wear and tear. The owners are friendly and easy to deal with. I will be recommending this property to friends and family. This will be our first choice when we return to Kauai
