  We enjoyed our stay at this unit in the Sea Crest complex. The location was great. Coligny shopping complex was directly across the street. The Unit was clean and tidy. It overlooks the gardens and you can hear the water fall from the unit with the sliders open. The TVs were a little confusing with all the different changers, a sheet on how to work the tvs for each of them would have been helpful. The WIFI worked great. Tim was easy and a pleasure to work with. As people have mentioned about the elevator being slow, we never used it except to bring our luggage up to the unit and down when we were leaving. We used the stairs the entire time and it was only one flight. The only negative thing was that all the doors in the complex seem to slam and you can hear that early in the morning. Other people's unit doors slam then when they go to the stairwells those doors slam too so that can wake you up.

  This condo was perfect for our end of summer vacation! There was plenty of room for all of us - four adults and one infant. The views off the balconies were beautiful! We loved that everything was within walking distance-groceries, coffee shops, shopping. We will reccomend this condo to friends and family. TIm answered all of my questions promptly, we will definately rent this condo in the future.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  The Sea Crest property is located on the beach with shops, eateries, and grocery stores within walking distance. The property is clean and well maintained. Villa 2108 is on the first floor above the understory parking area, so access to the beach/pools/shopping does not require the elevator. This is a good thing as our only criticism of the property is the slowness of the elevators. We only used them during arrival and departure and that was more than enough. The villa is nicely decorated, well maintained, and has a peaceful view of the courtyard area. Our family of five loved it. We received the security deposit refund within one week of our departure. If available, we will be booking this villa again next year.

  My husband, myself and our two small children enjoyed a lovely stay at this condo. It was beautifully decorated and much larger than I expected. The balconies offer very nice views of the gardens and fountains, and you can actually see a little of the ocean too! It was nice being on the first floor so we didn't have to far to go with all our stuff in tow. The entire condo grounds are well taken care of and beautiful both inside and out. This is a prime location as it is within walking distance to so much that the island has to offer. We will definetly return here again!

  Really nice place to stay, loved the decor, great location. There were 4 adults and 2 kids and there was plenty of room. Tim was great to deal with and he answered all my questions very fast. By the way, the blender worked great! I recommend staying at this villa. Also, I received my security deposit back really quick. Thanks!!!

  This was a great vacation! Loved the condo unit. It was very nicely decorated and very close to the beach and the shops. We only had to climb one flight of stairs. It was much easier than waiting for an elevator. We only needed to use the car once and that was to go over the bridge to the Tanger outlets. Everything was within biking or waking distance of the condo. We rented bikes for the week and had the best time. We loved all of the bike trails on the island. It felt like being a kid again! This was our first trip to Hilton Head. Needless to say, we will be back again!

  My husband and I stayed in this condo for two weeks, from 4/28-5/12/12. This condo is close to everything and on beautifully landscaped grounds in a great oceanfront location. Being on the first floor was a definite plus- so much nicer/easier/faster to run up/down the stairs rather than wait for the how-slow-can-you-go elevators and the many people using them. The condo itself was clean and bright. My only complaint would be that the sofa and odd (by odd I mean it didn't fit in with the rest of the decor) recliner in the living room, neither of them were comfortable to sit on for longer than about 30 seconds~however that would not prevent us from renting again. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms had lots of storage to keep everything neat and organized. The condo is very spacious with a great layout and we enjoyed our stay tremendously. The bar/restaurant area by the pool has expanded since our last stay at the Sea Crest and is an added bonus to the already wonderful location. The owner was great; Tim accommodated us at the last minute after we unexpectedly had to change plans. I would stay in his wonderful villa again without hesitation.

  This condo was updated very nicely. Enjoyed our stay at this resort - very convenient to Coligny shopping and right on the beach! There are no ground level rooms at this resort - this condo, which is on floor 1 is actually above the parking garage, so about 1/2 story up from the ground - no walk out into the garden area. Nice view of courtyard from (small) balcony in living room and bedroom. Only negatives for us were: it was difficult to figure which area to park in, upon arrival, to be closest to our room - since nothing in the parking garage or elevator has room numbers listed. After the initial (20 min.) confusion, we figured out which elevator would take us closest to OUR room - wish the parking garage and elevators posted where room #'s are located. They had (a few) resort maps around, but they did not tell you where YOU were on the map.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

  Tim's condo is absolutely beautiful - looks like a professional designer did the whole thing! Plenty of room for my family of 5, and a HUGE plus being on the 1st floor, because the elevators are a little slow at the Seacrest. Tim provides towels, boogie boards, trash bags, dish soap - you name it - totally above and beyond. The resort itself is the best location on the island in my opinion - you can park your car and never move it. Coligny right across the street has everything you need, and Jenny at the pool bar will keep you well hydrated and fed - what more can you ask for? Make sure you grab a bite at Just Pasta, and definitely pop in and see furry friend Jake at Coligny Hardware - such a good boy! Will certainly book 2108 again next year - no question. Thanks again, Tim!
