Year Purchased: 2009
About the owner: I purchased this home in the La Quinta Cove in 2009 and have been enjoying it as a second home. My busy work schedule has made it more difficult for me to get to the Desert. Thus, I decided to share my home with others. I hope guests will find the warmth, solace and comfort that I appreciate when we visit my Desert home.
Why the Owner Chose La Quinta Cove:
The desert has always been a great place for me to relax. I enjoy playing tennis and swimming and being outdoors whenever possible. It's a perfect getaway from the wet and dreary winters. I never get tired of looking at the mountains and seeing the sunshine everyday.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
The home sits on a large corner double lot high in the Cove with great mountain vista's all around. It is very close to many restaurants and entertainment activities, but still feel that you are far enough away.
