This home is located in an award winning active adult community in Vistoso Village located in beautiful Oro Valley, Arizona. Oro Valley is a very popular residential area in northwest Tucson. Beautiful views of three mountain ranges with plenty of activities close by. Our patio with privacy wall and gas barbecue, looks at a desert garden and the Catalina mountains.
The recreation center includes two pools, jacuzzi, exercise room, library, dance floor, craft room, billiard room, and more. Many activities are planned for the residents.
There are 27 golf courses in the area with 'The Golf Club at Vistoso,' voted the best public golf course in Tucson by Golf Digest, located next door. Biking, hiking, sightseeing, and shopping are other favorite activities in the area.
The Tucson area is loaded with activities and sightseeing adventures with museums, art galleries, the famous gem show, and University of Arizona just to mention a few.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the patio home in Oro Valley! The home is clean, comfortable, and very nicely decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and cooking utensils. The patio is an especially nice place to relax and enjoy the views. The patio home is located in Vistoso Village, which is a quiet and relaxing setting, yet there are many activities offered and you can participate in as much or as little as you would like. There is a club house with two well maintained pools and a hot tub. Residents in the Village are very friendly and outgoing. The home is located convenient to shopping, restaurants, hiking, golf, and a theater. There are many things to see and do in the immediate area. I have recently retired and this was our first venture out in retirement. I would highly recommend this home for anyone 55+. While the property is very relaxing, there are also many opportunities to be active. I especially enjoyed the water aerobics, hiking, and golf, and very much look forward to returning next year!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+.

About the owner: We are Dave and Cathy Pauley from Bellingham, Washington. We love the Northwest but need to get away in the winter months. Our home in Oro Valley is the perfect place for that.
Why the Owner Chose Oro Valley:
Cathy and I purchased our home in Vistoso Village after spending a month there renting. We were looking for an active adult community with lots to do in the beautiful weather in the desert. The people in Vistoso Village are great. Golfing hiking, biking, and many social events take place in the Village or you can just sit back and read a good book. Oro Valley is a wonderful city where both young and old live and enjoy life. It is not the husle bustle or traffic congestion of the Phoenix area. You also enjoy many views of three mountain ranges and lower temperatures because of the higher elavation, 3200 feet above sea level.
