My wife and our best friends took the cabin between Christmas and New Year. We had a blast. The beds were warm and comfy, the fireplace and free wood added great ambiance at night. Everything was as promised. All supplies were available as advertised. We cooked in 3 of the 4 nights and the kitchen served us well. The heated porch w/ pool table and dart board got alot of use. The Hot Tub was so nice that my wife is making me buy one for our deck. Eric and Dawn are great communicators and we will be back next year. Thanks for a wonderful setting for our getaway. We had a wonderful time. The chalet was clean and very roomy. We enjoyed the fireplace and the activity room i.e. Pool table and dart board. The chalet is tucked away in the woods so you can have privacy as well as enjoy the wildlife. We saw deer every day and the first day we arrived they came right up to us as if to say 'welcome!'.

Thank you Eric and Dawn for providing myself and my guests with such a great cabin for our mini-vacation! We had an amazing time enjoying the pool table, the fireplace, the spacious bedrooms, and the great views from the deck. From the moment we arrived we started having a great time and it didnt end until we left. We will most definitely be back, as we all were already planning a return trip while still there! Eric and Dawn I just wanted to thank you so much. The place is great has plenty of space as stated to sleep up to 12 people 2 per available bed. Our whole entire family enjoyed it. The hot tub was great even though we used it during the winter and the pool table kept kids and adults entertain :) Thanks to Saw Creek the kids had a great time in the indoor amenities. Dawn and Eric made sure we would have a great time and they had a great communication with us. For us it snowed, allowing us to ski more comfortably... WE LOVED IT! Will do again, only adults though :)

We had a wonderful time here and would recommend it to everyone. The home owners are gracious and helpful and the house is comfortable and quiet. We loved feeding the deer every day and seeing them. The hot tub is wonderful even on cold days. We appreciated the home very much and were grateful they were pet friendly! This is the place to stay if you want a relaxing and fun home in the beautiful mountains! We would definitely use it again.

My friend and I just spent a week here in the mountains and it was fantastic. The chalet is very nice and seems more like someone's home than a rental property. The kitchen had everything you could need and the washer and dryer were great. It was like a home away from home. We used the fireplace (wood provided) and hunkered in with a good book after a long day of shopping, sight seeing and walking trails. Thanks for sharing such a nice homey place.

Our visit was during Spring Break/Easter 2009. Our two young kids loved the pool room! We all enjoyed the warmth from the fireplace. It was wonderful to bring our dog with us. The condo was tastefully decorated and comfortable. We used the community pools a few times and an extra perk for my children was a wonderful Easter Egg Hunt held by the Association. They did a great job, it was well organized, the bunny costume was really cute, and it made the stay extra special!! Thanks very much!

This was our first time staying at this residence in the Poconos. All of us have already recommended it to several people. Each room has a tv so you can get your own private time if needed. The room with the pool table was a blast. We felt very welcome and comfortable. The atmosphere is extremely relaxing and inviting. We brought our father for his 60th birthday and it couldn't have been more perfect, especially seeing all the deer every single day. They were so close we were petting them!

this was my first time staying and i absolutely loved it! the quiet cabin was clean and spacious, the fireplace and jacuzzi were luxurious, and bushkill falls is 5 minutes away! I really truly appreciated that my hosts were pet friendly(so did the dogs who never get to go on vacation) and i would recommend this getaway to anyone!

Excellent Chalet , very nice , clean , private , plenty of room , great hot tub ( our grandson loved it ) , owner was very accommodating and friendly as well as being informative and understanding . My husband and I rented the house along with three other couples. The house is charming and it feels cozy, yet there's plenty of space to accommodate families or adult groups like ours. Everyone very much enjoyed the house and we'll definitely go back in the future.

What a wonderful time we had at the Chalet. The rooms were clean and comfy and the complex was very enjoyable. We skied locally and enjoyed the hot tub in the evening. Thanks for a great home away from home.

Thank you! This was my third time staying in your cabin, and it was great as usual! This was my first time visiting during the summer, and I was amazed at how many fun activities were located so close. We visited Camel Beach and Bushkill Falls! We were thrilled to find rafting right at the base of the mountail along with bumper boats for the kids, and Fernwood allowed us to partcipate in their evening shows! The pools were beautiful and clean and we enjoyed just hanging at the cabin and playing pool. Thanks again for a great time. Denise

If you like to travel with kids and pets, this is a great place to go. The loft was great for the privacy of our 2 teenage boys and the home is very comfortable. There is lots to do in the community including indoor and outdoor pools and indoor racquetball. The Camelbeach Water Park which is 1/2 hour away is amazing. My labrador retriever loved all of the wildlife in the community and you can walk your legs off if you want to do so. I would definitely consider renting this property again.

Dear Eric and Dawn, I wanted to thank you for allowing us to rent your cabin for the weekend. We all had a really great time. The cabin was extremely spacious and the game room was a definite plus. The cabin ended up being closer to the surrounding activities than I had originally thought. We had a lot of fun skiing, and enjoying some much needed relaxation. Hi Eric and Dawn, Just wanted to let you know that we had a great time this weekend! Your home was very comfortable and we really enjoyed it. We were last in your development two years ago and had stayed in a smaller house. This one fit our needs perfectly. The deck worked out great for Sargeant, as he had a place to lay out and watch the wildlife and take in the smell of the great outdoors he loves so much without having to be put on a chain. It gave us some peace of mind too! We couldn't get over the deer - the two 8 pointers were gorgeous and we enjoyed seeing them and their families twice a day as they came right up to us for breakfast and dinner. What a treat! Thank you so much for opening your home to all of us - we love to be able to vacation and know that Sargeant is right here enjoying it with us. We look forward to visiting again. Hey I am just leaving a comment for the future renters! This place is great for a few couples or a family, I went with my boyfriend along with 3 other couples and a single guy. We had a great time. Tubing right outside of the estates was great, stores all along the local road there! I would recommend this place for anyone! Had a great time Dawn and Eric thank you!

My husband and I planned a romantic couples weekend with some of our close friends. We had an awesome time! The Chalet was very nice and clean. It is a great place to stay all of the bedrooms are roomy and very nice, the pool table was great so was the Jacuzzi. There is a lot of activities close by so it is a nice place for families too. I also recommend this Chalet for couples because all of the bedrooms have queen size beds and the views from the sun room is awesome. We had a greeeeat time! And looking forward to coming back.
