  Once again we had another great stay at El Cantil, this condo has all the comforts you could ask for. Beautiful decorations with a comfortable, at home feel, wi-fi, fully equipped kitchen, nice large bathrooms, a large balcony with a view to die for and I have to mention the large comfortable beds, I slept like a baby! The location is perfect, the condo is on the water, yet across the street from the two main grocery stores. Just a short stroll along the malecon and your at the town square and shopping. The El Cantil staff are wonderful, amazing people and treat you feel like family, they truly make you feel at home. The condo was cleaned daily and kept spotless, the beach and pool area are also well maintained. Breakfast at Prima is delicious with a great view to start your day! We loved this condo and Cozumel, will return again and again.

  This was our first time in this unit, but one of many visits to El Cantil. As always the property was in very good shape and the staff was very friendly. We were greated promptly, our luggage wisked away by the doormen and in our unit when we got done checking in. We all loved the condo and felt right at home when we arrived. Everything about this condo was up to par. The furnishing were very nice and the unit was well kept. Its within walking distance to downtown and shopping. Grocery stores are across the street, several great resturants near by. The sunsets are incredible from the balcony and from the jacuzzi on the balcony. Easy acess to the pool and boat dock for the divers or fishermen. It is very well located if your group likes different activities. You can head to the dock for diving or fishing, sit by the pool, rent a car to journey around the island and see the sights. As for us many of us are divers, but we have a few non-divers who enjoy being close to town so they can go shopping or to the store. If you are looking for resturants to visit I recommend Guidos and Kinta if you don't mind a little walk. These are both North of the town square. Of course don't forget the resturant at El Cantil called Prima. If you want the best view of Cozumel and some really great food take the quick trip up the elevator and enjoy. If you want a good lunch head to Rock n Java for some great wraps, its only about 2 blocks north. I don't think there is anything else we could ask for in a vacation spot. I know we will be back to Cozumel and El Cantil and hopefully if its not booked we will get this condo again.

  We shared the condo with another family and were pleasantly surprised by how clean, efficient and convenient the condo was to everything. I would definitely return and use the same beautiful room. The kitchen was supplied with all our needs as well. Thank you.

  I enjoy staying at El Cantil Condominiums due to the location close to town / supermarket as well as the great snorkeling right from the dock. This particular unit is great as it is in the north building and close to the ground. This year, breakfast was included at one of the finest restaurants in San Miguel and only three steps out the door of the unit and a short elevator ride away! I can't say enough about the hospitality of the staff at this facility. Claudia and Ramon are always able to answer any questions and were able to accommodate our special requirements. The restaurant staff are extremely friendly and really helped make my bithday a special treat. We had eight people in our group this year and there was plenty of "elbow room" in this unit. One of the benefits of staying in a unit like this is being able to all be together around a table for games and conversations after a long day of diving, exploring and shopping. The kitchen is nice and we always had a pitcher of ice cold horchata we made from the great mix available right across the street at the supermarket (they also have a totally outstanding bakery there). Leftovers from dinner the night before make for a great lunch the next day, and this kitchen has all the space, appliances and cooking utensils needed to create your own feasts as well. The housekeeping was tremendous as well and our unit spotless every day. There are lockers in the basement, so dive gear can be left in this secure area (you can even get a lock from Ramon if you forgot one). As a dive instructor, I have a good relationship with many of the local dive shops and have been able to get them to let me keep tanks and weights here for night diving (you'll have to work those details out - and bring a dive flag and lights . . . ) A great property in a great location. When you look at traveling with a large group of people, you should look no further than this. You can walk just about anywhere you need to go.

  Wow, we have rented a lot of condos everywhere, but this was a first. They actually have a full scale reservation and management office. They greeted us at the airport and welcomed us! Then when we got ot the building a few minutes away in brand new Ground Transport Vans($8 per person) they had 3 concierges to assit us wwith check in, doorment who took our gear and luggage to the unit, explained everything. We have never had someone on site to assit us at a condo. The stay was great , everyone was helpful and friendly. Great value , we were 4 couples, plenty of privacy, each suite has own satelite and beautiful modern Kohler Baths. And with Prima Trattoria Restaurant, one of our favorites for years, now on the rooftop, it is the perfect place to stay.
