Rented this unit recently for a long weekend get away with my girlfriend. We had an amazing time. Incredible views and so close to hiking, biking, skiing etc. Unit is brand new and very well appointed. Definately plan on going back this winter for a full week of skiing. Why stay n a hotel room when you can rent this spectacular place?Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

Winter rates: $185/night Winter dates range 12/01-03/31 except Holiday dates Holiday rates: $250/night Holiday dates range 12/20-01/02, 02/18-02/21 All other rates: $175/night $25 booking fee. 2 night minimum Payment policy: 50% deposit required at time of booking. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations outside of 30 days incur a 1 night penalty. Within 30 days non refundable.

Historically the most year-round snow fall of all the resorts in the Wasatch range. Excellent skiing and boarding at Snow Bird, my personal favorite!!! Skiers only at Alta! Both mountains have an awesome European flare. Located only 75 minutes south of Lakeside village in the Little Cottonwood Canyon.

About the owner: I am a pilot for a major airline and I have been skiing Utah now for over ten years. I literally fell in love with this place. I enjoy all types of outdoor activities outside of skiing including golf, biking and hiking. I love the outdoors. I want to share it with others so they can enjoy it as well.

I bought here first and foremost because of its beauty. Utah is spectacular!!! Only 45 minutes from airport to doorstep. Try that in Colorado???
