  This property is not as advertised, we had to do some cleaning before it was comfortable for our stay, Owner did not respond to questions. There were cats here previous to our stay, even though we Had confirmed that we had cat allergies. It made for some restless moments. Also no no brooms available to sweep up after yourself. That said the kitchen was well outfitted, and a pleasure to use.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing.

  This was a charming home to spend a relaxing family weekend. We loved the proximity to downtown Lodi and the Wineries. The neighborhood was quiet and very family friendly .. we really enjoyed having a park for the children to play at within walking distance of the house, The patio area was great we had beautiful weather so we were aboe to spend a distant amount of time out there. We will definitely rent this home again if we are in Lodi again.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, age 55+.

  The owner of this property is very helpful, has great communication, and really works with you to accommodate you best. Upon showing up to the property the property looks even better in person compared to the pictures with very nice touches. Complimentary bottle of wine and water with a refrigerator stocked with a variety of drinks was very nice. The kitchen was immaculate with professional grade appliances, and supplies. One of the bedroom even has a sleep number bed which was a great experience. Living room was very cozy with a nice big TV above the fireplace with many channels. Overall a great experience and would love to return.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

  My husband and I recently stayed at the house and it was everything we were hoping for- clean, comfortable, affordable and close to everything. If we make it back to Lodi we will definitely stay here again!

  This was a great home to spend a relaxing week with close downtown Lodi resturants nearby along with Wineries. We had an awesome time and the neighborhood was quiet. The house was warm and inviting and the patio area was great we used it every morning and every evening. We will definitely rent this home again next time we visit our friends in the Lodi area.

  I highly recommend this cozy, clean home. We stayed for a weekend wine tasting trip in Lodi. It's close to everything! We loved the short walk to downtown Lodi. I loved the outdoor patio area. I felt right at home. Thank you for providing Internet access. This home is a quaint charming place to stay in a quiet neighborhood. We will definitely stay again next time we come to Lodi.
