A short walk from the cottage is the shopping and dining surrounding the public beach and fishing pier. To the North, Bodwitch Point, within walking distance, offers a beautiful setting for swimming, picnicing, flying kites, bird watching, surf fishing in the channel and spotting dophins jumping from the water.

This very comfortable cottage features a new, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture and large closets. A separate laundry room includes a washer, dryer, and enclosed shower for beach goers. The new wood deck is a quiet place to spend lazy hours reading or watching children play. Secure enclosed parking is provided for two cars, shaded from the sun.

Entertain friends or family with a view of the Gulf, which can be enjoyed from the porch and the spacious living room. The active crowd may choose jet ski, parasailing and salt water fishing just outside the door. Casino cruises, deep water fishing charters and sightseeing boats depart from docks close by. This cottage offers the vacation of a lifetime, where you can return year after year to a private paradise on the beach.
