Our family traveled to Highlands for my nephew's wedding. The experience we had with this rental was perfect...from the first contact with the owner to the day we had to leave. We were a family of eight adults and two small children and this home had everything we needed. The home was just beautiful, every room was perfect, VERY clean, comfortable beds, well stocked with towels, and every day provisions that we needed. The kitchen had anything and everything we needed! The views were magnificent and the location made it easy for us to drive to all of the wedding activities and a quick trip to down town Highlands. We have rented many homes and condos over the years and the owner of this property was a joy to work with. She made us feel so welcome in her home and always communicated quickly...truly a pleasure to work with. This was a very positive experience.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

We stayed in this beautiful home with a family of 7 grown adults and it was perfect for us. Since I was responsible for booking the trip, I arrived early to find just what I was hoping to find and just what I expected. In addition to very comfortable space inside, the home has 2 balconies, 2 covered porches & a screened in dining area, so we basically lived outside, starting with our coffee in the morning and ending with drinks in the evening while enjoying the cool mountain breezes. The owner was extremely helpful in making dining suggestions and had left great information on hiking, shopping and other activities in the area. Although very close to downtown, it's best to plan on driving as the roads are narrow and steep. We loved our stay in the Highlands area and would absolutely recommend this beautifully maintained home. Everyone in the family talked about how wonderful it was to share the common areas of the home together instead of staying in a hotel. An A+ stay in an A+ destination.Recommended for: Age 55+.

We enjoyed our stay at your lovely home in Highlands during our daughter's wedding weekend. It was perfect for our family with adult children, 2 grandchildren and a friend. The location was perfect to town and had a tremendous view from the huge deck. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully furnished. There was plenty of parking and a convenient outdoor screen porch. Several friends asked if we could come back for a girl's weekend . I can't wait to return and hopefully in a season to use the fantastic fireplace. Thank you so much.Did you find this review helpful? Thank you for sharing your home with us. Everything was perfect and we had a fabulous time! This home offers incredible mountain views, is beautifully furnished, spacious and immaculate! It’s huge but cozy and very comfortable inside and out with lots of decks and porches. It's right in town but private too. Four couples enjoyed a long weekend at this beautiful mountain-top home. The guys golfed and the girls read, relaxed, and had fun shopping in downtown Highlands. We loved staying here and are already planning a return trip! It was that good. We highly recommend it!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.
