Accomodations were exactly as shown in photos and described. The 12 steps to the beach from the condo were small steps. I don't know of anyother accomodations that are closer to the beach from the back door. Condo could not be cleaner. Everything we needed for a swim, to play in the sand or fly a kyte was right there for our use. The property owner has thought of everything, down to the last detail. Deffinately suggesting this condo to everyone one I know and anyone that asks about accomodations in Lincoln City. I can't wait to go back.

Thank you for the Sea Hawk Linda! My wife, almost 3 year old son and I had a wonderful time. The only issue we had was that our stay was too SHORT! Next time we need to book at least a week! Perfect spot for a small family. The beach ball and pails made our son light up right when we walked in the door! We'll be back either in the winter or next summer and have already handed out 3 of your cards. Thanks again for the wonderful and hassle free stay.

My family stayed here in the summer, the location is wonderful - two seconds from the beach, so very convenient. The apartment has one bedroom and a pull out sofa - a bit hard to get out of the sofa, but our son said it was comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could need to cook in the apartment, and there are several grocery stores (and restaurants) near by. There is a great kite store across from the D-State park and many people fly kites near the apartment. The apartment actually has two bathrooms which was handy. We had one small issue, and Linda resolved it immediately even though it was pretty late in the evening. Thanks!

Great Room, Great Location, Great Price!

This is our 2nd time using VRBO to find an Oregon coast getaway and we were NOT disappointed. We were in communication with Linda from day 1, and she answered all of our questions quickly and happily. We arrived at the condo and it looked perfect! The only surprise was that there is 2 main doors into the condo that are right next to each other. Not a problem, just confusing at first. The view was great and we loved having 2 bathrooms. We loved the community pool and being SO close to beach access. We ate at the Chinook Winds Seafood Grill and Blackfish Cafe, both were AMAZING. We will definitely return and recommend this property to others.

Owner response:Hi Juli, Sorry about the confusion with the doors however as you probably found out the keys worked for both doors, one being the bedroom. I'm so happy you enjoyed your stay. The owners are always working on the condo to make little changes to make guest stay more comfortable. Those are really great places to eat! The Sea Hawk

My wife and I went to the Sea Hawk to celabrate the New Year. The room has been up-graded since the last time we were there. The weather was Great for the Oregon Coast...Linda did a great job on booking the room. Can't wait to go back... This room has a Million Dollar Veiw!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
