  I will begin with a couple of items that were important to us that we were disappointed with because I think they will benefit all. The internet signal was very weak and SLOW so if your planning on working from the condo you might need to rethink it. Also wish the TV had some HD channels. This is really big during football season. I was not impressed with the Four Star Condo Services. It is difficult to get them to call you back, the only person that did call me back was Vincent. The question I had for was about the beach service. The listing said chairs were included with every reservation. Three different people at Four Star said it was NOT. They said the owners only have service for two months out of the year June/July. They were not even sure their would be beach service on Labor Day weekend. I decided I would ask the beach chair guys to see what they would say..they were the ones that said yes, chairs are included. Now about the condo,,,,it is beautiful and I love the color scheme. It was very clean except for some mildew on the caulking in the master shower. Plenty of bedding and I slept comfortably although my husband said his side of the bed seemed to go downhill. Dont know what that is about, he is not a big guy. The kitchen seemed to be stocked well enough but we didnt do any cooking so cant say for sure. I do wish there had been a hairdryer. The iron needs to be replaced-the soleplate has black residue on it. We had plenty of towels. Just be sure to bring extra paper products, washing powder, soap for kitchen, dishwashing liquid if you use the dishwasher more than twice, extra beach chairs/umbrellas (there was one short chair in pantry). I liked that the beach is so close to the door!! Overall the stay was great and the condo is beautiful. I loved the leather sectional-I want one for my family room. Our two favorite places to eat were Boondocks on School House Rd? off Hwy 79 and Angelos Steak House. Because this is such a large complex be prepared to wait for luggage carts and elevators. Covered parking is nice-it is across the street with a covered, air conditioned crosswalk.

  We have stayed in the condo numerous times as well as our family. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice, clean, comfortable place to stay while vacationing in PCB. The owner is super nice and easy to work with.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.

  Wow! This place was awesome! Everything was very clean and comfortable, especially the beds and the roomy, leather sectional sofa. The furnishings were very high-end, and we were spoiled with the huge big-screen TV. We all especially loved the big garden tub. The owners provided everything you could want at the beach, even extra sand chairs although beach service was included with the room. The Tidewater was very close to lots of shopping at Pier Park, but our favorite activity was snorkeling at St. Andrews State Park and exploring Shell Island. Great vacation....just wished it could last longer. Our only glitch was that we were unaware of the garage entrance code upon arrival, but that was quickly solved. Overall wonderful experience and would highly recommend to anyone looking for an exceptional place to stay.
