This is El Salvador's most distinct and unique property situated on a peninsula that jets out into a volcanic lake. There are nearly 80 acres of unspoiled jungle surrounding the property yet you are spoiled with all the amenities of a luxury home. Gourmet Kitchen with every cooking utensil imaginable, office with all amenities to connect to the outside world, high end everything...no detail missed. Two separate guest houses one with two bedrooms each with their own bath and refrigerator, another guest house with a sitting room and a king size bed where you can almost fish from your room.
A list of fine cellared wines upon request. Full staff, driver, cook and cleaning person living on site. Two SUV's available with drivers. Owner is a gourmet cook and can design a meal plan for your entire stay, just show up and all is taken care of. Breakfast in bed....consider it done! Grocery shopping can be arranged and special requests will be waiting for you when you arrive. Just ask and it will be handled for you.
There is also a generator that is a backup should the lights go out. Exercise room with bike and treadmill as well. There is nothing missing here...true luxury in the middle of nowhere but close to the airport and San Salvador with shops, movie theaters, restaurants. There is a golf course accessible by boat, golf clubs and a golf cart. There are also tennis courts at the club. At night enjoy the stars and the gentle sound of water in the pontoon boat at sunset. Swimming is always fun as the lake water is over 70 degrees all year long (sometimes warmer than the infinity edge swimming pool that is solar heated). Beautiful vegetation and wildlife, iguanas, birds, wild cats and butterflies all the time. Wake up to the sound of lovebirds chirping in the inner garden.
