This secluded first floor Hi Country Haus end unit is located on the Fraser River with forest and mountain views. Only 5 minutes to Winter Park resort and on the resort's free shuttle route, it is located in downtown Winter Park within walking distance to restaurants, pubs, and shops. Several trails are also accessible from the condo for hiking and snowshoeing.
Our condo features:
Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances including microwave and dishwasher.
42" plasma TV and DVD player in the living area.
Free wireless high-speed internet is available in the unit.
Gas fireplace (no need to buy and carry in wood!)
Sleds and snow shoes available for use.
Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and cooking essentials provided.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has a twin over full size bunk-bed and a separate twin bed. Each bedroom has it's own sink and vanity for your convenience. The recreation center is a short walk away and features an indoor swimming pool and four hot-tubs, as well as a game room and laundry facilities.
Stays of 4 or more nights receive a 20% discount (the rates in parentheses below) with the exception of Christmas season which requires a 6 night stay for the 20% discount.
Rates are inclusive of all taxes and cleaning. Your number of nights times the rates listed below is your total rate.
2 night minimum stay except for the Holiday Season which has a 4 night minimum.
Maximum of 2 week stay with the exception of May and November.
Maximum of 5 total occupants, with a maximum of 4 adults.
Otherwise, the rates listed here are our lowest available. We do sometimes offer last-minute discounts which will be advertised on this listing.
Unfortunately, the HOA does not allow guests to bring pets.
Smoking is never permitted inside the condo.
Minimum age of 25 for at least one guest.

Why the Owner Chose Hi Country HausWe have enjoyed skiing at Winter Park for many years and have always dreamed of owning a place of our own here. Having skied most of Colorado's resorts Winter Park has always been our favorite for its great variety of trails, great snow, lack of crowds, and small town feel.
The Unique Benefits at this CondoHi Country Haus is a great location to explore all of the Fraser Valley and it's many trails and attractions. It's close to the center of town but feels like it's away from it all.

Kelly and Robert both travel extensively for work, and spending so much time on the road makes us appreciate staying somewhere that feels like home instead of a drab, impersonal hotel room. We strive to make our condo truly a home away from home.

Great place to stay for a Winter Park Ski Trip!

Comfortable and well equipped, the condo was more that we expected, and really, a great deal. We compared it to lodging with meals included, in many cases it was half the cost! Convenient to the mountain. The pool area was nice too. The owners were very easy to deal with, and quite helpful. This is the kind of vacation we'd like to repeat.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing, families with teenagers.
