  My wife and I spent the month of October at this rental--and we loved each minute of it. The 2-bedroom unit itself is clean and modern, with a full kitchen and a divided bathroom (the shower, sink, and washing machine in one room and the toilet in another) with new tile and an excellent shower. A more than adequate dining/living room led to a wonderful balcony that looks out over the parador down the coastline to the cliffs of Cerro Gordo (with some binoculars you can count four or five of the 15th century watchtowers that dot the Costa del Sol). My favorite part of our stay were the drop-dead gorgeous sunrises we were treated to nearly every morning, coming up over the eastern cliffs and across the water. We could watch the colors from our bed but were nearly always drawn to the balcony with a camera and a cup of coffee. We also enjoyed the proximity to several beaches (one a ten minute walk) and the nearness of the quaint, narrow, shop-lined streets of Old Nerja. Many good restaurants to choose from. Because our stay was lengthy, we used much of our time touring Southern Spain. Nerja is a great hub for visiting the hill towns, the Alpjurra, Malaga, and Grenada (a little more than an hour's drive). One of the most charming of the Moorish hill towns, Fragiliana, is a ten minute drive up the hill. We really appreciated the secured, private parking that came with the rental--no worries about finding street parking. It's worthy of noting that the wifi at the unit is available but not free. While this may sound like a disadvantage, it wasn't. For just $30 we had access to professionally maintained wifi that was as fast and reliable as what we have at home. Too often "free wifi" at apartment rentals means spotty service and frustrating upload delays. It was nice to have that dependability. Finally, the apartment owners are English speakers and easy to work with. Their onsite representative was very responsive. We hope to get back there next year!

  We had a marvellous holiday. The apartment was everything we hoped for – well equipped, good quality linen, lovely garden and pool and a great location. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others.

  Just wanted to tell you what a wonderful time we have had in Nerja. Your condo is great and in the perfect location. Close to the beach and the Balcon and fabulous restaurants. Gabriella was amazing. The place was spotless when we arrived and she went with us to the ER and translated for us. We went to Granada, Frigiliana, the caves, Codoba and Ronda. So terrific.............. Thanks for everything. We understand why you bought in nerja. We loved it!

  My husband and I rented this apartment for a week and we absolutely fell in love with Nerja. Paul and Susan were a delight to work with and I was able to talk to them and ask questions before we left. They were so helpful in pointing out restaurants, markets and attractions. The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities we needed and the location was perfect!! We will be back!!!

  I just wanted to let you know that we loved your place in Nerja!! Nerja is where I could go back and spend more time!! We enjoyed the restaurants, shops and just the small town feel! We also had the paella on the beach and loved that!! We really enjoyed everything about your place and would come back!!

  We spent wonderful days. Our expectations for a cozy home is fully justified. The apartment is clean, comfortable, close to beach, food markets, restaurants and pubs. It is very close to the balcony of Europe. Impressive is the view from the balcony early in the morning at sunrise and views of the pool with portero. We will be happy to recommend to our friends in the apartment that offers all the conditions for rest and relaxation.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with young children.

  We loved our time in Nerja and this apartment was the perfect location. Close to the beaches and also a pleasant walk to the Balcon de Europa. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the beach umbrella was a great help on those sunny days. We enjoyed exploring Nerja and also Frigiliana just a few km away. Granada was also only an hour's drive too. If you can, go to see the Alhambra (but buy tickets in advance). Manolo the portero was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Susan, the owner was wonderful to work with. Thank you for sharing your apartment with us!
