  We just finished a 12 night stay in this condo. Wow!!! We cannot wait to return. The condo is absolutely beautiful... It is very comfortable, beautifully decorated and the kitchen is well equipped. The view is amazing (we saw dozens of humback whales daily) and the short walk to the beach was such a treat. This particular beach was fabulous for boogie boarding. The beach adjacent was perfect for snorkeling and paddle boarding. What more could you ask for! We would absolutely come back.

  We rented this condo from 10 March to 14 March 2013. This is a beautiful setting for a vacation with large living and dining rooms. The view was breathtaking. We enjoyed watching whales, dolphins and turtles from the lanai in the morning and had our dinner watching gorgeous sunsets over spectacular waves. The condo is conveniently located to restaurants, shops and beaches. We found the kitchen adequately stocked for the renter. Anne, the owner, provides books, maps and other things that you need. We had minor issue, but Anne quickly directed the Manager to take care of it. So we are happy at the end.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  I have done a great deal of traveling, and have never been as pleased with the accommodations as I was with this condo. Everything about it... beginning with my first contact with Anne, who was always so helpful and quick to answer, right through checkout...was all first class. The staff was very courteous, efficient, and willing to help. The photos actually cannot do the condo justice. The place was very clean, well maintained, air conditioned (which we found very useful in the late afternoons and evenings), and the attention to detail in the decorating was awesome. It was simply gorgeous. And it was conveniently located to restaurants and beaches. But above all else, the view! It simply could not have been better. We had it all on the spacious lanai... gorgeous sunsets over spectacular waves on the rocks, mountains, beaches, and coconut trees. It truly was a paradise. I am telling everyone I know if they are thinking of going to Hawaii, I have just the island and the perfect place to recommend.

  I have visited Poipu multiple times and this was by far the best place I have ever stayed, and I plan to stay here every time I return! The three bedrooms have Air Conditioning (which I felt was so worth the extra cost per day) and the beds are comfortable. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the master bathroom is gorgeous! There is a huge shower and one of the biggest tubs I’ve ever seen in a rental. The Master bedroom also has beautiful ocean views. The living room is very comfortable, in rentals you usually find uncomfortable living room furniture but this rental is like being at home! I wouldn’t change a thing if it was mine. It is very high tech with awesome lighting and a great sound system. They even thought enough to add a spot light to illuminate the water below at night….everything was perfect. I brought some friends for the first time and we all agreed that after going to see all the sights the best view on the island was from our own lanai…how often can you say that! We saw plenty of turtles and on our last day even watched as dolphins made their way by, very awesome sight. The kitchen was well stocked and we used the grill downstairs so had dinner most nights in the condo with our awesome view. Let’s not forget to mention the short walk to Brennecke Beach to boogie board or Poipu Beach to snorkel or play at the kiddie beach through the condo’s private gate. I am already planning my next trip and am so glad I found this gem!

  We absolutely loved this condo, has been completely updated and is the penthouse unit. You are right on the ocean and can see to Brennecke and Poipu beaches from the condo and the deck. You also have beautiful views of the mountains. Located close to plenty of restaurants and some shops and only about 20 minutes from the airport. The condo had everything we needed plus air conditioning in the bedrooms for an additional $20 per night. Pool was fine. We will certainly try to rent here again when the 6 of us travel to Poipu again.

  The condo is in excellent location, apartment is beautiful with binoculars, maps, books. We were watching whales from our balcony. The property was clean and very well maintained. We were 6 adults for part of the week and this condo is not big enough for 6 people. We ended up putting one bed in the leaving room. I would recommend this property for max. 5 people.

  The location, amenities and attention to detail put this rental well above all others. The only problem is that is hard to leave this perfect place to explore the island! Our family stayed at this rental from December 15-19, 2011 for a celebration of birthdays and one 30th anniversary-- it was wonderful for everyone to have their own rooms, bathrooms and privacy when desired. The balcony was the place for cocktails and coffee - watching the sea turtles, sting rays and even a whale - along with gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. The balcony is directly over an incredible little cove where the ocean crashes into the rocks and affords a spectacular show of waves and sea spray. The rental is spotless, linens top notch, beds are very comfortable, kitchen well-stocked and every need had been thought of in advance. Any concerns are immediately and courteously attended to by staff. Public beach is within walking distance and quite a few restaurants are nearby. Great location for little day trips to all points of interest around the island! The pool area and grounds are well maintained and absolutely gorgeous. We were beyond pleased with our stay at this rental and hope to return one day!

  The condo lived up to its advertisement. It was beautiful and spacious. Even with 3 couples for 8 days we did not feel crowded. The view from the balcony is beautiful and access to the beach was very easy. We definitely plan on leasing again!

  I have stayed at the top resorts at all of the islands for over 20 years. This condo topped them all! Amazing views and close to everything. Management was very helpful. I can't wait to get back there. I have found my home away from home!!!!

  Our trip to Kauai was perfect in every way, in large part because of our beautiful condo. From the first inquiry through check-out on our last day, everything was flawless. Everything was just as pictured or better. Anne was wonderful--made it very easy to confirm our rental, even though she was on vacation herself. We arrived late in the evening, but the keys and instructions were right where we were told they'd be and we had no problem getting in and settled. The location is perfect for those wanting to stay on the south side of the island (which we recommend). We could watch the sea turtles out the window, easily walk to the sandy beach to enjoy the sun and snorkeling, go for runs in the early morning, or pick up a quick bite to eat. There's plenty of shopping within an easy drive, including groceries, Starbuck's, and restaurants of all kinds. We especially enjoyed Beach House for a birthday celebration. The sound of the waves crashing on the rocks was constant but soothing and relaxing. The condo had everything we needed--plenty of room, a spectacular view, high tech amenities, tv's in every bedroom in addition to the main living area, washer/dryer, etc. Have we mentioned the views?! Comfortable beds, beautiful paint colors throughout, crown moulding and other details/built ins in every room. We'll definitely be back to Kauai and would love to stay in this condo again. We fell in love with the island in large part because of our spectacular home away from home.
