Palm Springs is a magical and fun place to visit year round. Check out the Palm Springs Visitor Bureau for the calendar of events. Each season has something to offer. The area is famous for its mild Fall, Winter and Spring climates which make outdoor activities possible. Besides 40 plus public golf courses, there is walking/hiking, bicycling, world class shopping, museums and lots of other ways to have fun. There are film festivals, golf and tennis events, plus great enterainment and music festivals depending on time of year.
Spring brings a warmup and wild flowers viewing, and photography or painting are possible at 2 nearby National Parks. Short day trips to local sights and the nearby mountains make it fun exploring and an great excuse for a picnic. March and April are probably the best months for outstanding weather.
As it warms up in April and May, may snowbirds head north for spring at home, and PS becomes a getway for those wanting a quieter, more relaxed vacation. By June specials abound for the locals. In the morning, you can get in a discounted round of golf, enjoy lunch on a misted patio and then lay by the pool to work on a tan, before contemplating a beautiful sunset from your own patio or on the patio of a nice restaurant. There is so much to do here in the Coachella Valley and this home is convenient to everything.
This spacious 1920 sq. ft., 2 bedroom, 2 bath home sits on quiet cul-de-sac in 55+ gated community with lots of space to relax. The Den/Office has Sofa-bed and desk with hard wired internet connection PLUS Wi-Fi throughout house. The Dining Room seats 6 for a sit down dinner. A fully equipped Kitchen also has a Kitchen-Aid Mixer and a Cuisinart Food Processor with attachments, so bring your favorite recipes or browse through some of our cook books in the Den. The Kitchen, Breakfast area and Family Room form a large Great Room and is the heart of this home. The Breakfast Room seats 4, and the Family Room features a 72' Hi Def Satellite TV, Blu-ray Player with Wireless Pandora Radio, Netflix and U-Tube, DVD/CD player, VCR, and Sound System. The Family Room seats a crowd of 8 including 2 lazy-boy recliners, with reading lights for just kicking back.
The outdoor covered pergola has a patio table for 6, a Gas BBQ which has proven very popular with many guests, and overlooks a green yard. Mountain views tower beyond the tennis courts and Lodge in the distance. At night, you can see the twinkling lights of the Tram Station at 8,500 ft. on Mount San Jacinto.
Inside, the large Master Bedroom has a new King mattress & choice of pillows (from soft to firm), crisp linens, TV in the armoire & soft towels in the master bath. The Walk-in-closet will hold all your luggage and then some. A queen bed and generous closet makes the guest room most confortable for another couple. The Sofa-bed in Den/Office is queen sized.

Very nice comfortable house with all the amenties. Good Internet wi-fi. Bill and Mike great hosts. Be sure to check out their recs for dining and activities. House is at north end of PS, so a bit more windy, when wind is up than other areas and some airport noise, but these were certaintly tolerable when compared with all the pluses: on site workout room, pools, nice walking path, etc., etc., etc. Already reserved for next year. Can't wait.Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing.

Our month's stay at Bill and Mike's guesthouse exceeded our expectations. The house was fully equipped with everything you would have in your own home and more. No effort was spared by Bill and Mike to make us feel at home, the house was exactly as described and immaculate. The 4 seasons complex has lots of activities to enjoy, a great pool area, gym, library, everything you could want, even great dinners on Friday nights at the lodge. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation home. Thanks again Bill and Mike for a great vacation and we look forward to our next stay with you.Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

No effort has been spared by the owners of this extremely comfortable home to make guests feel at ease and to help them enjoy their stay. The 2 BR home (+ office/den) feels spacious and is fully equipped for cooking (indoor and outdoor), electronics (TV, WiFi), and relaxing. The owners were gracious and welcoming, eager to help with whatever we needed. Conveniently located in an attractive, quiet, gated community. Really great and SO much better than a hotel!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This house was all that was promised, and more. It was spotless, quiet, and had everything we needed right there. The kitchen was well-equipped, supplies plentiful, furniture up-dated and extremely comfortable in every room. The den had great morning light and the huge television kept our husbands entertained while the ladies enjoyed the backyard sun. Patio furniture and the barbeque was very useful. Bill and Mike went out of their way to provide information on the area and to help make our stay memorable, and the quiet neighborhood was perfect for walking in the morning. We had an excellent and relaxing stay!Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway.

My husband and I stayed at this wonderful house last month. It was the first time to Palm Springs for both of us and driving up to this house was a great way to start our stay. The house was IMMACULATE! Bill and Mike have thought of everything to make you feel like you are home. The kitchen had absolutely everything you could ever need. They have created "the BOOK" which is information regarding the house, community and Palm Springs. It was unbelievably detailed and helpful. The master bedroom is huge and I would have moved into the master bath if given the opportunity. The 2nd bedroom of the house was a great size as well. Perfect place to entertain if you are traveling with friends or family (as we were) since the open layout and back patio lend themselves to having a great dinner party. My husband and I both work in tourism in Alaska and needed this vacation after our busy season. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a place to recharge. Thank you for everything Bill & Mike! We will be back!!!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Owner info
Why the Owner Chose Four Seasons:
We have lived and visited Palm Springs since the 1960's and currently own two homes here in the Four Seasons. One is our primary residence and the other we refer to as our guest house which we make available to family and friends. Having travelled extensively, we wanted to have a place for guests that would provide all the comforts of home, and our goal is that when they left, we hoped our guests would say that their visit was extraordinary because of the many things that are possible to do in Palm Springs and because they were as comfortable in our guest house as they were staying at home. Some of our guest reviews indicate that we have been successful.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
When we travel, we appreciate the locals sharing ideas of things to do and places to go. As a result, we've put together a local guide book including shopping, restaurants, museums, entertainment, hiking/outdoor activities, street fairs & local farmer's markets, sightseeing, etc. which our guests say gives them even more choices than they thought possible. Having your own home instead of a hotel room and living in a resort community for an extended stay offers the best of both. Palm Springs has so many things to do year round and this is a great base location to do them. One never gets tired of the views, of waking up each morning and looking out the window or having a cup of coffee on the patio and seeing the towering mountains from the back yard or rotating north and and south and looking at the changing shadows and colors on the hills 20-30 miles away and then trying to decide that difficult question --- What shall I do today?
