Property description

Walk four minutes to the Snowflake lift to start your day on the mountain, and ski to the door when it’s time to go in! This fully remodeled condo at Double Eagle is perfectly located, right on the free bus route, and within easy walking distance of the restaurants, shops and nightlife of Main Street. The family room features a gas fireplace for cozy nights, as well as high definition TV and cable, Blu-Ray and CD players, and assorted games. The condo has a very inviting, open floor plan with a large living space and open kitchen. The two bedrooms are on opposite ends of the condo, each with its own bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen bed (and a high definition TV), the second bedroom has a full/full bunk bed (and a TV/DVD player), and the family room has a new pullout queen sofa. The setting is very private, with the balcony overlooking Sawmill Creek and Four O’Clock Ski Run. Double Eagle has a hot tub on premises and has access to the Upper Village swimming pool and hot tub. You’re sure to relax and enjoy your stay at our comfortable, cozy condo!

About the owner: We have lived in Denver, Colorado for more than 30 years and love the scenic beauty and recreational opportunities of the Rocky Mountains. Since Breckenridge has been one of our favorite destinations for skiing, hiking, bicycling, and art and music festivals, we were delighted to be able to purchase our condo at Double Eagle in October 2010.
