The accommodation can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, with 2 Double Bedrooms and a large third Bedroom with twin single beds. This apartment offers wardrobes in each Bedroom as well as bedlinen and bath towels.
Two modern Bathrooms also feature in the property, and one of which boasts a luxury Jacuzzi hot tub ideal for guests who want to unwind!
This apartment offers a private parking space and is ideally suited if your party prefer public transport instead, being just a 2 minute’s walk from the town centre, where a frequent Bus and Ferry service operates.
Menaggio is a beautiful lakeside resort town featuring a romantic promenade and bustling Piazza as well as offering a wide variety of amenities including supermarkets, banks, bars, restaurants and boutique Designer shops. There is also children’s play area, Mini Golf and the popular ‘Lido di Menaggio’ with its Swimming pools, park, Pizza Restaurant and lakeside beach.

Service Charge:
Our one & two weekly service charges are inclusive of final cleaning, bed linen, towels, heating, utilities & air-conditioning (if installed in the holiday property). Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis.

Short Breaks:
3 night break - 40% off weekly tariff / 4 night break - 30% off weekly tariff / 5 night break - 20% off weekly tariff / 6 night break - 10% off weekly tariff.
Additional Facilities:
We offer a range of extra facilities, which are available for hire through our office 'Happy Holiday Homes' in Menaggio: Cot Hire - EU 20 per week, High Chair - EU 15 per week, Push Chair - EU 25 per week, Camp Bed – EU 85 per week, Wi-Fi or USB Internet Stick - EU 35 per week (includes EU 10 consumable credit). Please note that signal and connectivity is not guaranteed and may depend on the strength of the signal in your rental property.
Making a Booking:
To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.

We loved our visit to Menaggio and the property Bella Menaggio had the most beautiful view of the town and the lake. It was our second last stop on a 5 week tour through France and Italy and we had the pleasure to stay in many beautiful apartments. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed your town. We visited both Varenna and Bellagio and had exceptional meals and service there also. Bellagio – we ate at Bilicus and had the wonderful risotto with fish of the lake – fantastic! We also ate at Bar Il Molo at Varenna – fantastic bean soup and asparagus risotto. We also enjoyed the great pizza, bitello tonnato and fritto misto at La Trattoria in Menaggio, not to mention a great meal at Restaurant Bella Vista on the lake Our kids loved the Lido and we reordered the margherita pizzas twice!!! We had a great time. The apartment was excellent and we would certainly re-book if we come to Lake Como again. Next year is our daughters wedding in Spain, so maybe the year afterwards. We liked Menaggio a lot. Visited Milan, Como, Lugano, Bellagio, Villa Carlotta, Tirano, St. Moritz. It was Melanie's birthday during the holiday and we had a very nice birthday lunch in Bellagio. The waiters sang "Happy Birthday" in Italian and Portuguese. Also the cake that was made was very good. The office was very helpful and handy. And the situation of the apartment was terrific. If you hadn’t sent us this e-mail, we would have written to you anyway. First to thank you very much for the way you welcomed us at Bella Menaggio : the basket full of nice specialties was wonderful and we all appreciated ! We thank you also for the cot and the very practical chair you provided us for the baby. We had no problem to find our way as we had already located the place on Google Earth and your instructions were also clear concerning the keys and the building itself. So, we enjoyed very much our stay at Bella Menaggio : the flat is very comfortable and quiet, the view is superb we were very lucky with the weather, cold but always sunny and bright. We took nice walks inside Menaggio, to Crocetta, on the Antica Strada Regina, we took the boat to Varenna but as it was Christmas time, most villas and gardens were closed.
