OMG the stay at Bill and Pam's Condo was awesome. The rooms were spacious. The condo was very clean and we felt very secure. Our stay was for 4 days and we enjoyed each day. This was truely a home away from home. Our granddaughter was really excited with the lake view. she would sit on the balcony and just look at it. The description of the Condo was exactly like the pictures. Bill and Pam were always helpful and answered all questions and even offered suggestions. They are great and I look forward to vacationing with them again. I have shown pictures of our vacation to everyone. I highly recommend Bill and Pam to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay in Orlando. Last but not least the location was close to the attractions, grocery store and shopping locations. It was just great!!!. Thanks again Bill and Pam for sharing with me and my family.

Condo was exactly as pictured and described

I booked this condo because my son's HS marching band was spending that week in Florida. Two other band parent couples stayed there with me. Since we are not related, it was important that we all have our own space. This condo was perfect for us. We used the kitchen for a quick breakfast daily, then gathered in the living room in the evening to share our adventures of the day. This nicely decorated condo has a homey feel. The towels in the bathrooms are soft and heavenly! The kitchen is well-equipped. The only thing I needed but couldn't find was a pizza cutter. Bill, the owner, is very helpful and prompt. I highly recommend this property, and hope I will be able to stay there again some day.

Location is everything! We recently traveled to Kissimee to run the 20th Anniversary Disney World Marathon and Goofy Challenge. This gated community, tucked away from the main highway, offered a quiet, private getaway convenient and easily accessible to Disney and surrounding venues. In speaking with the owner before booking, he took time to provide detailed information concerning places and services we were interested in. Information he provided concerning groceries, gas, shopping, major chain restaurants, and mom and pop restaurants within minutes of his location proved invaluable. The condo was spotless (odor free) and offered a spacious, comfortably furnished home away from home for our party of six. We used the pool and hot tub every evening and felt completely secured within the gated compound. A definite plus was the lack of noise and late night disturbances often found when staying in chain hotels/motels. We have recommended this well managed condo to family and friends and will definitely stay here for future races and vacations. What a find!

This was my third stay at this condo ... thanks Bill and Pam for sharing these lovely accommodations again! I can’t say enough about this place – it’s perfectly situated, close to the theme parks, a multitude of restaurants and shopping, easy access to the airport and major highways. Yet it’s quiet and restful, making you feel miles away from the hustle and bustle just outside the front door. The photographs properly depict the condo – immaculate, spacious, well-maintained, offering all the comfort of home including a well-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, etc. The screened in deck/patio offers tranquility and relaxation after hectic/fun-filled days. The accommodations are first class. I really like that the buildings are only two stories, makes for a cozier feeling community. I often travel as a single person and feel/felt comfortable being at the condo alone; this gated community gives me the security and comfort of being able to come and go into the evening hours. It has always been a pleasure working with Bill, he is prompt, courteous and responsive, a true professional who clearly strives to make the stay a pleasurable experience. Thanks Bill and Pam again, I plan to be back again. I highly recommend this condo!

This was our second stay in this property, the house is great value, comfortable, extremely clean and very spacious, with all that we needed and wanted for our stay. Bill (the owner), is a pleasure to deal with, not just when booking the holiday but also during our stay. I would like to thank him for his contribution to making our holiday a great one. Comforts of Home after a long day at the parks

I loved working with Bill. He was professional and prompt and answered any questions I had. The Condo is in a great location, close to everything. It was clean and quiet. Gated community felt very safe. Did not get a chance to check out the pool as the weather was too cold. This is my first time staying in a Condo and it was very enjoyable. I would definately recommend staying here. Thanks Bill!

Magical trip to disney with small children

We recently traveled to Disney with 2 adults, 4 children ages 2,4,6,8 and a baby sitter who had her own room. We looked at many places and settled on this condo which was much more than we bargained for. When they say close to disney, they mean close to disney. We timed it from leaving Main Street USA, we were in the condo in 22 minutes. I'm not sure you can do that with some of the resorts. How nice it is to come home and eat a meal in the condo or stop at one of the nearby restaurants instead of being trapped in the disney food zone. We ate at the recently opened Bonefish Grill right across the street and bought our disney shirts at the target 2 minutes away. The accommodations were great. Having a second master with their own bathroom was very nice for our helper. Bill was very helpful throughout the process. We even had to call the night before to make sure about the high chair and pack and play for our youngest traveler. The last time we went to Disney was with 2 children ages 2 and 4 and we stayed onsite. I much preferred this route and would recommend this particular condo to anyone considering staying offsite. Just don't take our spot when we come back.

We would highly recommend this property. The owner Bill was very helpful and answered all our questions. It was so relaxing sitting on the back screened in porch having coffee. We had such an enjoyable time at this condo! We had 6 adults and 2 children, and had plenty of space for everyone! The condo was well equipped with everything you need, all appliances, kitchen gadgets, etc. Very clean! The pictures were beautiful, then you walk in and it is still so much more! Super short drive to disney, short walk to the pool, and the convenience of a washer and dryer in the condo! Awesome all around!! Thanks so much! Hope to be back soon!! Gina , Ohio

We loved your condo! It was immaculate, well-equipped, and convenient to the parks. It was great to have a nice place to come back to in the rain or mid-day heat. Pool & spa were nice. Shopping, food, etc. very convenient. We're already starting to talk about our next visit.

It was so pleasant to stay at your Condo. It had everything we needed!! Everything was so clean and well maintained !! The drive to the parks was very close and easily accessible from the condo. The pool was fun and my kids loved that it was shallow enough to feel safe in, but deep enough to feel a little challenged. Most times we shared the pool with only a few people. Shopping easily accessible to condo area, stationed at the opening of the condo areas. Very nice to be able to run down to store for a quick purchase need. I can not say enough about the easy and comfortable stay this condo had given us. We will love to visit it again hopefully for many years to come!!! Thanks for your lovely attention to make our stay enjoyable and fun !! 5 stars for sure !!

We travel a lot, so when we travel for any length of time to one spot, accommodations are of greatest importance to our family. I spent more time than necessary looking at rental homes near Disney. I should have just booked Bill's home when I first saw it. This two week trip was for our family of 4 (with two teens), and another couple. We wanted a comfortable, quiet space close to the parks that was also near to restaurants and a grocery store. Bill's beautiful condo filled all those wants and more. It is a spacious home which handled the six of us without any concern. There was actually an additional bedroom that could have been used for another couple, and with three full baths, there was never a delay. The condo was so close to Animal Kingdom and the Disney parks that we regularly came out for lunch at restaurants near the condo. It was nice to be able to come out, have good quality food at reasonable prices, relax a little at home to break up the day, and feel close enough to go back and enjoy the parks again in the evening. Food wise, there is pretty much anything you could want near this home. There is also a full size grocery store right outside the front of this clean, quiet community. As far as the home itself, it is well appointed with quality furniture and all the necessities of home. We appreciated the cool tile floors, comfortable seating, even the art and nice decorating touches. While we didn't use them all, there are TVs in every bedroom as well as the living room so no conflicts there. The full size washer and dryer make a longer trip so much nicer as well. There were plenty of dishes, and even cooking needs it you are inclined to do that. In 4 the bedrooms there are real furniture suites with storage. The 3 baths are clean and well taken care of with new tile walk-in showers in the two master bedrooms. Oh, I can not say enough about the quality of the pool and spa, and building maintenance. We used the clubhouse and pool several times, it was sparkling!! Even more unique, we never saw another soul either at the pool or in the workout and game facility. Pretty nice to have your own private, well maintained clubhouse with pool and spa out the front door just a minute walk away. I would highly recommend this home for your family vacation. Bill is a very attentive and thoughtful host. His home is truly a home away. We look forward to returning on our next trip to Orlando!

A Perfect Stay!!

This place was perfect for my family's Disney Vacation! When we first pulled up, I wondered if these condos were outdated, but once we opened the door, I was so impressed... The condo was clean, spacious, nice, and had everything we needed. The location was amazing- we were so close to Disney, plus had restaurants and shopping nearby. Most of all, we feel like we got a lot of bang for our buck- the price was great! The owners were a pleasure to work with and if we get a chance to go back to Disney, we would love to rent from them again.

Beautiful condo and great location

My husband and I traveled to Florida with some friends to see our sons perform at Disney this year. This condo was the perfect place to stay. We couldn't believe how close it was to Disney and how easy to get to. There were also lots of restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. The condo itself was gorgeous and well maintained. The owner of the condo was extremely helpful and very easy to work with; he even gave us some pointers on how to avoid the Disney traffic which we loved. I would highly recommend this property to anyone whether they were going to Disney or not. It was a beautiful place and we had a fantastic time.

What a pleasure to stay at a well kept property. I traveled for business and spare time pleasure with my Husband, Mother and son. We had previously stayed at the property years ago and were happy to find Bill as a private property owner to rent from. The location, right off the main road with groceiry, pharmacy, restaurants right outside the driveway, cannot be beat. Close (11 minutes with traffic) to Disney and secure room with code and of the comforts of home. We hate to recommend this property because we don't want it to be booked when we come again! Bill and his wife were a friendly and concerned owners, making sure our stay was comfortable and all we expected. I have booked again for 2013 and hope to get down again when the weather turns here ( Buffalo, NY: ) thanks again Bill, see/talk to you soon! BH

Even thou our stay was only 3 days the condo couldn't have been more perfect. We had six adults and 2 children and everyone had their own space. The place was sooooo clean you could have eaten off the floor!!!! The balcony with the screen a big bonus with children. If I ever go to Orlando again I will for sure try and stay here.

We would definitely stay at this condo again. It is very spacious, clean, and well-decorated. The kitchen is beautiful and very well equipped. The two master bedrooms and baths are beautiful with very comfortable beds. The pictures do not do justice to the condo. The accommodations did not lack for anything and the value is exceptional. The location is close to several restaurants and very close to Disney. The reservations were handled in a very professional manner. I am highly recommending this condo.

This condo was so clean and well kept, making our family vacation restful. The photo's of the condo are accurate, so rest assure, your dream vacation starts here. The proximity to WDW was better than we anticipated, 15 minutes at the furthest park. The owner Bill, was so good at taking care of details to make our vacation worry free that I felt like we were staying with family.

We have just come back from 14 fabulous days staying at this Condo. Location is perfect. Quite a few restaurants at walking distance (Outback, Red Lobster, etc.) and a short drive to supermarkets like a Publix and a Super Target. We never spent more than 15 min in the car to get to any Disney Park which is a massive advantage as we wanted to get there early before the crowds and long queues. The condo is equipped with everything a family needs for a great holiday. It is large and comfortable. We also found that it is great to deal directly with the owner. Bill is always very helpful and accessible. Thanks, Bill.

Perfect for families. Very nice condo. Had everything you could want. Very clean. Convenient to Disney, Universal & Sea World. Nice pool. I would recommend this condo to anyone visiting the Orlando area. The owner was very nice to work with. Convenient to grocery store and restaurants. Pizza at Giordano's was fantastic.

My husband and I treated our 4 adult children, so there were 6 adults total, and the condo was perfect. There are 4 separate rooms and 3 bathrooms, so we never felt like we were unable to get some privacy! The condo is beautifully furnished, the kitchen has everything you will need, and there is a Target and grocery store nearby. Also, the commute to the Disney parks is very convenient! I highly recommend this condo. We had a minor issue and the owners and management fixed it right away and were very good about communicating with us throughout the process. I cannot think of anything negative. It was the perfect choice.

We stayed in Bill's condo the week of June 18th and it was fantastic. It is very close to Disney and everything you need, however the complex is situated in such a way that you feel you are miles away from the crowds. The large, wonderful porch overlooks a beautiful small lake for a peaceful rest after a long day. The condo is huge, has everything you need and is absolutely beautiful. We have been to Disney many times and stayed at Disney resorts. From now on Bill's Condo will be our first choice!

The only true bargain in the Disney Area

Dealing with Bill is a pleasure. As soon as you talk to him, you know you’re in for a good experience. The condo is roomy and obviously very well maintained. The pictures do not do it justice. You have to see it in person. There’s not much else I can say other than if you want a large place to stay that is much cheaper than staying at a Disney or off site property and have a ton of space and not feel cramped, this place is for you. Bill could easily command double his current nightly price and it would still be a good deal. We used the pool a few times and had the entire place to ourselves. I am a pool owner and I’ve never seen water as clear as the pool at this complex. Grocery shopping, restaurants, an immediate care medical office, and tons of other services are about 100 yards from the main entrance. The entrance to the Disney parks are right down 192 and are literally just a few minutes from the condo. My family will recommend this condo to all of our friends and will also return in the future.

We stayed at Bill's condo while on vacation to the Disney parks with our son, daughter in law and grandchildren. The location was great and the condo was beautiful, very clean and well maintained. It was perfect for our family. We had a great time at the Disney parks and enjoyed coming back to the condo to rest and the kids loved the pool. When I asked them what was their favorite thing about the vacation they said the roller coasters, the condo and the pool. The price was great and the condo was so much more comfortable than a hotel room. We loved it and would highly recommend it to any one. Bill was great to work with and if we can survive another Disney vacation we would love to stay there again.

My family (6 adults, 1 child) recently stayed at Bill and Pam's townhouse and we loved it. It was spacious and comfortable. We loved having the amenities of home (including internet access) while on vacation! Location was great.. Very close to Disney and lots of restaurants and stores in the vicinity. We also loved coming back to enjoy the pool, work out room, and tennis court after a day out. Perfect place and more than reasonable price! Highly recommend!

This was our first experience going through a vacation rental and I'm so glad we did it. Bill's condo is very spacious and tastefully decorated. It is great having so many night lights on, easy to navigate at night. The condo is a short walk away from many restaurants and a huge Winn Dixie. We cooked most of our meals, everyone ate healthy and we saved a bundle. Very close to the Disney Parks. We used the pool once on the Sunday and there was a big birthday party, so not much room for anyone else. Even though there are gates outside the condo complex, they are permanently open and there are no guards. Great experience and would definitely do it again. Thanks Bill!

We were very very pleased with this rental. Location is superb and the condo décor is outstanding. We even enjoyed what one reviewer called the ‘swamp’ as it gave us that water view feeling that added to our relaxation time. I’m sure the view is truly fantastic when the lake is at its best. The close proximity to the restaurants, shops and easy access to the attractions truly makes this rental an excellent choice. For this location and quality of the rental, the cost is an amazing bargain. Two suggestions…more towels and wireless internet. We had more than one person needing to use the internet and all of us wanted to do so while out on the screened porch. These are in no way complaints, just suggestions. I highly recommend this rental to anyone and hope we get another chance to rent this unit again in the future. Also great customer service. Thanks Bill for contacting me when just the right number of days opened up on your schedule.

Worth the price

My family (5 of us) stayed at this condo last week and it is well worth the cost. It was large (4 bedrooms and 3 baths) and easily accommodated my three kids (one being a teenager). It well equipped and everything inside is clean and in great shape. As far as location, it is minutes to Magic Kingdom and about a 15 minute ride to Universal. It is also only minutes away (and in some instances, walking distance) to restaurants and other local businesses. I had only to mini-gripes. First, the view from the back patio overlooks a swamp (although the patio is thankfully screened in so no bugs get in!). Then again, we did not stay here to lie on the patio and bask in the sun..so this was not an issue. Second, I would recommend to the owner to perhaps install a couple of dimmer switches. Lights in the hallways and kitchen were quite bright and it would have been nice to tone them down a bit. Again, not an issue that would prevent us from renting here again.

What a wonderful time we had with our family in this beautiful condo...It truly lives up to the name "home away" as we felt so comfortable there. My wife and I had the privilege to spend three weeks at this condo,,we could not have asked for better accommadations. It is perfectly located with in close range of all the activities, It was well maintained and very clean and offered all the the necessities that one would require. We stayed here in early February for two weeks and again, found it the perfect place to call 'home' during our vacation. The condo is immaculate, spacious, well furnished and in a fabulous location. Everything we needed and more was stocked. We especially appreciated the quality baby items. We used the well-stocked kitchen for breakfasts, packed lunches, and often came back after a busy day to enjoy a leisurely, easy dinner at home. We were able to wash clothes at our convenience, no quarters or trips out needed! I can't imagine renting a hotel room (and likely paying more for it!) after staying here and having all the comforts of home. The location is so nice: tucked away, quiet, yet close to EVERYTHING. We were shocked to see just how close Animal Kingdom actually is--just minutes away! We were able to walk to dinner at yummy restaurants, and to take the kids to a nice mini-golf course. I would recommend this place without hesitation (and I have!). My husband's and my only concern is that you might book it for the same dates we might want! :)

This condo had every thing and was perfect for our stay. I loved the fact that it had a high chair and portable crib for my great grand daughter. Both were in great condition too! I also noticed a child gate and a bed rail to use for a young child. The kitchen had every size pot and pan plus all sorts of dishes to cook in or store left overs in. The location is perfect for going to the theme parks and bringing tired children back for naps or just coming back to eat a meal and then returning to the park. There is a Wal-Mart 4 miles away and is worth driving to so that you don't spend a fortune on groceries in the stores that are within 2 to 4 blocks of the Condo. If you love going to the Mall and love shopping, you have to go to the Florida Mall. It was only 20 to 25 mins. away! I will be going back and staying in the Condo again!

The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. TV's in every bedroom made it comfortable for viewing. It was very close to Disney, which was a plus, and restaurants are right outside the complex. The owner provided very good customer service when notified of a problem. I would recommend this condo.

Bill's place was great! Location was close to Disney and Sea World, with several stores and restaurants within walking distance. The condo was clean and comfortable for a family of 8. We stayed in late January of 2010. There were 6 of us--my parents, my husband and me, and our two small children. It was PERFECT. We were so pleasantly surprised from the first time we walked into the property. We'd seen the pictures on the internet and had it on good authority that the place was great, but it exceeded our expectations. Very spacious, nicely furnished, spotlessly clean... The location was just what we were looking for, too. Close to everything: Disney, Sea World, good restaurants (especially Carraba's. Yummy!!) We spent a considerable amount of time at the apartment and were completely satisfied. You simply cannot beat the value of this property. We will stay here again when we visit Orlando and have recommended it to our family and friends. Excellent customer service, excellent location, excellent property. Our only concern in recommending it to everyone is that it won't be available when we want to stay!!

My family and I stayed here for 10 days. We had 8 for almost half the trip and 6 for the rest. We never seemed crowded in. Everyone had their own space when needed, and there's enough room in the spacious kitchen, living room, and dining areas to make all comfortable. The tile floors throughout the condo, except for bedrooms which are carpeted, make cleaning very easy. Temperature in the condo was kept constant with central air conditioning. Four of us actually did not want to leave. How often do you find 2 master bedrooms with huge showers in such a convenient location? The kitchen has all you need to enjoy most of your meals at home. The screened porch is a nice place to relax in the morning, and at night after walking many miles in the parks. The condo is decorated with great taste. The owner is so easy to deal with too. The rental process is seamless. I hate to even bring up price. Just try to compare other homes with the same amenities. My family and I will definitely rent here in the future.

We had the pleasure of staying in this condo during our family’s first visit to Walt Disney World this summer. We are a family of four, with two children in elementary school. We chose an off-site rental over a Disney hotel because we wanted the comforts and spaciousness of home during our week-long stay, as well as the flexibility and savings associated with having some meals at home. Bill and Pam’s condo is in an ideal location if you are visiting the Disney parks. We were amazed at how quickly we arrived at the Animal Kingdom - it was just a few minutes from door to door. This made it convenient for us to return home in the afternoon to cool off in the pool or rest before returning to the parks in the evening. We found that the proximity to shops and restaurants was ideal. There is a large grocery store within walking distance. Also, there are a number of restaurants and even an urgent care clinic very nearby. There is a SuperTarget about a mile away in case you forget to pack something. In our case, we bought kids’ ponchos that were less expensive than if we’d bought them at Disney World. As close as the condo is to retail and restaurants, it is incredibly quiet. The view off the screened balcony is of a tranquil lake. The condo itself is remarkably clean and spacious. The photos are true depictions of the unit. The furnishings and bedding are of very good quality, and each bedroom has a TV. The kitchen is well appointed with a wide array of cookware and utensils. There are plastic tumblers and dinnerware for kids, and nice dishes, wine glasses, etc. for adults. The homeowners even supplied a small amount of laundry detergent in the laundry room, which was a nice touch. It was great to come home with clean clothes. The condo is professionally managed, although we never had any occasion to call for assistance during our stay. Bill was extremely professional and courteous. He answered my questions promptly. Our transaction was smooth. He provided receipts and written confirmations instantly, and even gave us easy driving directions. This property more than exceeded our expectations. I won’t hesitate to book with Bill and Pam again.

We just returned from staying at this condo and can't say enough good things about it. Clean, spacious, quiet, well appointed and very close to the Disney properties and shopping. We had our grandchildren with us and we all had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. We had our evening meals there and enjoyed the kitchen facilities. We also made use of the laundry to keep ahead on clothes. Since it is on the top floor it was very quiet and the porch was so nice as it is screened in and overlooks a pond. All matters concerning the rental were done very professionally and promptly. We certainly felt as though they cared that we had a magical time. We did.

My family and I stayed at this condo in April and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute. The photos that are on this website are exactly like the condo, it was very clean and spacious. It was quiet and close to everything - theme parks, shopping etc. The pool and exercise facilities were an added bonus after a long day at the parks. I would highly recommend this rental property. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. We stayed March 1 through March 7, 2009. There were three adults and three children in our group. This was our first experience with a VRBO property and were delighted with the whole process. The property owner was very professional and timely in answering our questions and processing our rental. There were 2 master bedroom suites with king-size beds and one bedroom with a queen-size bed. Each room had a television which our kids really enjoyed and we did too! We found that staying there much more convenient than staying in a hotel and were happy to have a kitchen and washer/dryer to use. The kitchen had all the accessories we needed to cook meals - we just supplied our food. The unit was very clean and quiet! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking at visiting the Orlando area! It is so convenient to the Disney parks and SeaWorld. There is a grocery store and lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.

I was really impressed by the size of the condo - lots of space. Nicely decorated, good quality furnishings and 5 TVs. Kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped. Good parking right next to the steps up to the condo. It was close to the main road, so easy to get to and from the parks, but set back behind a strip mall, so no road noise. Nice and quiet - which I liked. The strip mall had a supermarket and 4 family restaurants, so we were just a minute's walk away from these facilities. Condo is on 2nd floor and I didn't see an elevator anywhere around so if you're in a wheelchair it's probably not for you. Anyone else - I'd highly recommend it.

My fear was the condo wouldn't look like the pictures on the internet. I was pleasantly surprised. Perfect replica. Clean, roomy, well furnished and a great location. I was also pleased with the reservation process. It was simple and when the owner was accidently blocked on my email - he took the time to call and confirm with me which I very much appreciated. Advantage Vacation Homes was helpful with tickets and questions. The disney attractions and off-site attractions were easy to find. The only attraction on this trip that I wouldn't recommend for the money is the Holy Land Adventure. We were a little disappointed. All in all it was great vacation stay and I would recommend the property and even stay at the property again.

We were so pleasantly surprised to have such a wonderful spot to enjoy our holiday. The location is great, the condo was spotless with a brilliant layout and the shops, restaurants and facilties were within walking distance. Parking was available outside the condo and it was easy to find our way to all the attractions we visited. This style of accommodation is ideal for several days and can not be faulted. We would not hesitate to recommend as an ideal alternative to any other type of accommodation.
