Yellow Fin is a beautiful new home located in the new development Leeward Yacht Club nestled between the tranquil waters of Black Sound and Long Bay Beach. Yellow Fin is a three bedroom, two and a half bath, two story home located in a resort style setting and centrally located on the island. A dock slip is available as part of the rental at the marina a couple hundred feet away as well as use of the shared fresh water heated pool and tennis court (coming 2011).
The main level offers a open Kitchen, Dining and Living area. A covered porch on each end of the house allows you access from each end. The kitchen is fully equipped with a wine cooler, dishwasher, microwave, electric range and oven, eat at bar and pantry. The dining room is located next to the kitchen and can seat up to 8. There is a 42" LCD satellite TV for your entertainment purposes in the living area. A half bathroom and washer and dryer complete the main floor.
The second floor has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and a balcony on each end. The two guest rooms offer a queen bed and two twin beds. They share a bathroom with a tub/shower combo along with hallway access to the northeast balcony. The master bedroom has a king size bed, satellite TV, large walk in closet and relaxing en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. There is also a private balcony perfect for watching our stunning sunsets from.
The property is beautifully landscaped with lush tropical vegetation and is completely enclosed with a charming white picket fence. The shared pool and Lizard Bar & Grill are located just a few steps away as well as the tennis court which is set to be completed in early 2011. We are located about 5 minutes away from the town of New Plymouth, offering several restaurants, bars and stores.
Gilliam Bay and Long Bay Beach are just two of the breathtaking beaches you can relax on nearby and the North End of GTC is a short distance away with fine dining options and fantastic off shore snorkeling. Come stay with us at Yellow Fin and experience what "Life on the Leeside" is all about!
