Nestled in a secluded lakefront position amongst lush vegetation, this newly refurbished character villa provides understated luxury in a beautiful and timeless setting.

The villa (ID 468) is ideal for families, friends and business trips and offers spacious and bright accommodation, ideal for entertaining special guests.

The stunning accommodation has been beautifully furnished throughout and comprises of a large lake view living room with a very comfortable three piece leather suite, a working character fireplace, a large flat-screen TV and direct access out onto the lakefront grounds. The ambience is extremely welcoming and elegant at the same time and many fine character features blend effortlessly with the more modern finishes; such as in the dining room which offers the ideal indoor dinner party venue with a large dining table, a charming stone fireplace and a wonderful stone feature wall.

A large fully fitted kitchen, ideal for a self catering holiday and perfectly equipped for a private chef and catering party; is situated off from the dining room and features contemporary style with all the desired appliances including a dishwasher in a stunning room with original vaulted ceilings.
The lakefront garden which features a sunny lawn with sun-loungers also provides two further dining areas, one of which is a delightful covered alfresco dining terrace with roses intertwining around the pagoda and views to take you and your guests breathe away! A stone built BBQ also features and can be used to create some splendid lunches and dinners.

A more informal and very charming breakfast area also features by the lakeside and is ideal for taking coffee and tea in a relaxed and sunny setting.

The ground floor of the villa also comprises of very comfortable guest sleeping accommodation with one spacious double bedroom and a further bedroom with Italian matrimonial twinned single beds to create a comfortable double. To the upper floor of the villa, two further bedrooms feature with one spacious master double bedroom with large lake view Juliette balcony and a further lake view bedroom with bunk-beds.

Two modern fully fitted bathrooms are also situated in the villa and a washing machine is provided for guests’ convenience.

Car parking is also provided for you and your guests.

The beautiful resort town of Bellagio, one of the golden triangle towns of Lake Como is a pure delight to explore with a wide variety of lakefront cafés, bars and restaurants. Visitors can walk up the charming sloping cobbled streets which offer boutique clothes shops, exquisite antique and modern day jewellery shops, gift shops and delicious ice cream parlours.

The town enjoys an ancient history and visitors can visit the elegant churches as well as the famous Villa Melzi gardens. For fun days out the hillside of Bellagio offers a wide variety of sports activities including cycling, paragliding, horse riding, quad biking, hiking and tree top climbing.

A frequent car and passenger ferry service also operates from the town to the pretty resort towns of Varenna, Cadenabbia and Menaggio which are also well worth exploring!

Service Charge:
Our one & two weekly service charges are inclusive of final cleaning, bed linen, towels, heating, utilities & air-conditioning (if installed in the holiday property). Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis.

Short Breaks:
3 night break - 40% off weekly tariff / 4 night break - 30% off weekly tariff / 5 night break - 20% off weekly tariff / 6 night break - 10% off weekly tariff.

Additional Facilities:
We offer a range of extra facilities, which are available for hire through our office 'Happy Holiday Homes' in Menaggio: Cot Hire - EU 20 per week, High Chair - EU 15 per week, Push Chair - EU 25 per week, Camp Bed – EU 85 per week, Wi-Fi or USB Internet Stick - EU 35 per week (includes EU 10 consumable credit). Please note that signal and connectivity is not guaranteed and may depend on the strength of the signal in your rental property.

Making a Booking:
To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
