Located on the top floor of the East tower in the new Village at Squaw Valley, mere steps away from the Funitel and "World Class" skiing and great hiking!
This is a perfectly located one bedroom, one bath condo that is an ideal fit for couples or families with one or two children that want ski-in and out convenience at Squaw Valley. The bedroom has a luxurious king size bed, and the living room sofa pulls out into a queen sized bed. The private underground parking allows for easy and dry, no hassle parking. Once you are here you won't want to drive anywhere. There is also a ski locker available on first floor.
Some of the extremely local eateries are; Auld Dubliner, Mamasake Sushi, Fireside Pizza, Bistro 22, Mountain Nectar and Plumpjacks.
The kitchen is stocked with all cooking utensils, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and range. A hydronic heating system is used to heat slate tiles on the kitchen and bathroom floors.
This is a NON-SMOKING unit.
End of hall location is not only quiet, but it also provides easy in and out access down the stairs to outside. Or, there is always the elevator. Outdoor jacuzzis. Sauna and work out room in building.

Great Location! Nice layout condo in the 22 Station section of the village, which is less noisy. The End of hall location is also a big plus. It was easy to book, and I would certainly stay ther again!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children.

We have stayed at many places in the area, but this was the best. The location is perfect. You're at the end of the hall so you don't hear other guests. And within minutes you're in the village where you can get right on the slopes. Our 6 year old doesn't like to ski all day, so she could come and go without it being a big deal. And the owners were very quick at answering questions that we had. We'll definitely be back.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, adventure seekers.
