The nearby Tail of the Dragon-311 turns in 11 miles with wide open vistas- is paradise for serious motorcycle enthusiasts and car clubs. Ashville, the Biltmore Estate and snow skiing are 1 and 30 minutes away. Even closer are the Ocoee, Cheowa and Nantahellah Rivers perfect for all levels of white water rafting

Just back from this house . Its is a really nice place and highly recommended.Not all places has wireless coverage , WiFi,easy access roads and stores so close . Good house , clean , big , warm , lake view is great . They do have everything inside , just bring your clothes , thats it . Top of the line appliances , equipment , furniture . Will visit it again for sure . Ulvi , Miami , FLRecommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

Why the Owner Chose Lake Santeetlah:
One of the main reasons why we chose to buy is because of the national preserve in front of the house. The view that you see will never change because of the national preserve so you have no worries of any other houses destroying your view of the gorgeous outdoors
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Being right on the lake is very nice we park the boat on the dock and its ready to go in the morning no dealing with the dock master just in the boat and out to enjoy the beautiful lake.
