  We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Santa Rosa Beach! The weather was perfect. The house was immaculate and freshly painted. It had all the comforts of home with flat screen TVs, wi-fi and cable. We enjoyed playing golf all day, then coming back to relax a bit in the hot tub before grilling up some steaks for dinner. The owner was very informative and easy to work with. We will definitely stay at Beach Mystique on our next visit back to 30A.

  What a fabulous place. I could tell the place was freshly painted and well kept. The place wes tidy and well organized. The location was fantastic and convenient to everything. I biked along the bike trails and highway to Seaside. I was able to golf in Destin, Panama City and along the beaches. We were glad to get to the beaches, but at the same time the house had the appeal and feel like a resort. The workout facilities and pool area are beautiful. The tennis courts very nice. My favorite still has to be the cypress swamp with the lily pads. Made for a memorable picture. I will be back , but sorry cannot leave my golf clubs.

  If you are looking for a private getaway from everything? This is the prefect place! Cypress Dunes is a BEAUTIFUL AND COMFORTABLE HOME. The property looks bigger than you think, very well maintained, quite, private, relaxing, and has beach chairs and toys that you may want to go to the beach with. While my girlfriends and I were there, we all felt like home. We also took advantage of the club house. It has a the beautiful view of the ocean over the infinity pool, hot tub, and the gym. Although there was not a walking distance to the beach, the .07 mile public beach entrance was perfectly fine with us. Once at the beach, we pretty much had the whole beach all to ourselves! On top of that? The beach was super clean! Cypress Dunes is also minutes away from Walmart, Publix, restaurants, and shopping Outlets. Some of my girlfriends has rented this property before and had no problems renting this place again. Therefore with my own experience, I highly recommend renting this place at Santa Rosa Beach. We had suck a great and lovely time there. And I want to thank the owners for letting us rent this place for our prefect girls getaway vacation!

  Very nice. Loved the infinity pool. The home is nice, but small even though it is 3 bedroom and 2.5 baths, it would be difficult for 3 couples to not get in each other's way. Perfect for one couple. Needs a new matress on the king (master bedroom) bed. Very uncomfortable bed. Had good amenities for the beach available such as umbrellas, etc. The beach is a short drive and well worth it. The beach is clean, quiet, patrolled and bathrooms available at public beaches. Has a great "greenbelt" along 30A if you love to bike, run and walk it's perfect.

  We vacation every year in the Carolinas. This was our first time to the Florida panhandle. We had a great time and the house was very clean and the neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. The house had all the amenties including beach chairs/toys! I liked the close parking to the front door. The pool at Cypress Dunes is one of the best we have seen! Wish we could access the beach from the house without driving. Not a deal breaker for us at all- would of just made it perfect! The listing is accurate and the house is larger than it looks. Great location within the community and close to pool. The owner was helpful and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this home! Plenty of great restaurants right on 30-A- Goatfeathers, Stinkys, even Elmos which is very casual- but the kids loved it and they had live music. We will be back!

  Beach Mystique is a nice house in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood; the only thing missing is the beach. I was disappointed upon arrival Saturday night to find we had no beach access from the neighborhood. The listing does not really point out that you must use the public beach. It was very inconvenient to load everything up daily to travel to the public beach and search for parking, which was scarce. I do not think the owner tried to deceive in his listing, but I did email and ask how far it was from his front door to be standing on the beach, he responded with .7 miles. We found nothing that close. It was just not what we were use to. The pool was lovely and everyone we encountered very friendly. The house was clean and there was plenty of room for my family. While my family still had a lovely vacation, I would not stay at Beach Mystique again because of the Beach Acces, it is a deal breaker for us.

  From the moment I entered the property I was happy. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The house is exactly as described. Everything was clean and working. I have stayed at so many places where only the advertising pictures are nice. If anything, the pictures don't do it justice. The rental process was simple and the owner was very prompt and reliable every step of the way. I wanted a quieter, relaxing vacation and it was perfect. My grandkids loved the pool and enjoyed looking for the aligators in the cypress wetlands. I also thank the owner for providing some nice extras. The beach umbrella, chairs and sand toys were great. We brought our bikes and had many bike rides over the property and down the bike trail on the highway. I was initially worried about the beach parking, but had no problems. We went to the beach daily and it was beautiful. It is less crowded than Destin and enjoyed seeing the fisherman pulling in dinner. I would definately recommend this property and we will be back.

  My wife and I and two kiddos had a great time. The house was perfect for us. It was quiet and away from the crowds in Destin, but not too far. The beach access nearby was never crowded. My 5 year old loved the pool and used the green space to play baseball. We highly recommend Beach Mystique!

  Our family has been visiting the Dune Allen Beach area of South Walton for many years. We had a great stay at the Beach Mystique in Cypress Dunes. The home was beautiful and very accommodating for our family of five. The grounds of Cypress Dunes were very quiet and peaceful. A great place to vacation with a young family. We look forward to returning here next year.
