All brand new linens, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living and dinning room. pillow top bed in master, flat screen TV's in all rooms, upscale furniture and covered patio, utility room with regular size washer/dryer. The condo is located off one of the resort style pools. Fitness center, spa , sauna, steam room and two resort style pools, fire pit , his and hers locker rooms are part of this great community. One covered parking space is included. Very close to world class dining and shopping are just 1 to 2 miles away. All utilities are included!

We have just returned from a week in this unit. It is beautiful, clean and very comfortable. The master, king size bed is very comfortable, which is a bonus, as often the beds in VRBO properties are never commented on. Close to the unheated pool and bar b que area was fine for us as we laid by the pool and relaxed.The heated pool and club house is a little walk but not really far. Check out the gym area as there is a steam room and sauna that no one mentions. The gym equipment is all in good working condition and kept very clean. The complex backs on to a little shopping centre with everything you could need including a popular AJ Foods (their meat is the best!), Starbuck's is so close you can connect to their wifi (not that you need to) and then is an easy walk to a Safeway and several more restaurants. McDowell Ranch Golf Course is a close drive as are the TPC courses. We loved the unit and Sofia was one of the best owners we have rented from and we will be using this unit again in future travels to the Scottsdale area.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

What can I say? It was lovely. The decor was beautiful, it is close to lots of stores and restaurants. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. There were already some supplies (spices, tea, coffee, cleaning etc) which made things nice for when we first arrived. The complex is quite large but very well maintained. There are two pools and lots of lounges. There is a assigned parking spot as well. The owner was very helpful and nice. Thanks for letting us stay at your condo.Recommended for: People with disabilities, girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
