We stayed here for my sister-in-law's wedding. It was a great and intimate affair that turned out beautifully in part to the gorgeous setting and beautiful house! The house would be perfect for all sorts of events or just a relaxing trip away. We had the pleasure of getting married here, and we couldn't have asked for a more beautiful and intimate setting for our marriage. The house has beautiful scenery - great for photo opportunities if you plan on taking pictures, a relaxing setting - being in such a eye pleasing house surrounded by gorgeous nature, a built in sound system - which was very useful for our event, and a lot of space - plenty for luggage so you feel right at home, and the house is great for having a large group so you can spend plenty of time together. The grounds are also beautiful and spacious which encourages spending time outside as well, and the master bath feels more like a spa with it's amazing shower and Jacuzzi tub. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone, and we'll probably visit it again. :)Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This home was PERFECT for my husband and I's wedding party to stay in this past weekend. We loved the space, location, and outdoor areas! It's nestled with mountain views and the house is absolutely beautiful. We were all able to sleep comfortably and used the house for getting ready and gathering with other guests. It topped off the whole weekend! The owners are great to work with, flexible and made everything easy for us. The house is huge and modern with wood finishes that match the scenic beauty outside.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

two families with 5 kids had plenty of room here to spread out and relax. The house is super clean and well equipped. Minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway and an easy drive to downtown Asheville. The kids loved the trampoline area. Afternoon in the sun on the deck was perfect. This will be our place to stay in Asheville.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our two families had a wonderful, relaxing time in Mountain Haven. The kids enjoyed the playground/trampoline area and we loved the comfortable living areas of the home. The house is well-appointed and we lacked for just about nothing. An quick drive in to Asheville and the BRP.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

A large group of friends recently gathered in Asheville for a weekend of golf and a sampling of local breweries. Mountain Haven was the perfect spot for our group. The house was very large, clean and comfortable and the owner was very responsive to questions leading up to our stay. During our stay, we had a minor water pressure issue, which was quickly resolved by the owner. Highly recommend for a large group trip to Asheville!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.
